But by those who exploit the situations and play off the various neuroses created by the lifestyle imposed onto society by those who control it. It is not a critique. Think about this for example. Graffiti is what those who do not own the buildings do to their environment to try and take a sense of ownership of it. Is that resolved by solving the issue of not being enfranchised or by playing off the cry for help as a fun activity?
