Yes

Don't worry north Korea will nuke cali where a majority of these activist judges are

Maybe. Continually shit-talking them is good too.

Ram it in deep

Yes please

>Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
wtf is the stated purpose of this court?

And what exactly is going on with this Court?

Not everyone lives in 'murica, you know?

>Let's have a president that has the audacity to bust up the justice system when it says he's breaking the law

When you say things like this your giving a very good reason for people to call Trump "literally Hitler".

I forget the full history but basically federal circuit courts were originally appointed judges that would travel around a given "circuit" (literally a travel route) to try to resolve cases that were appealed out of the local courts.

Our jurisdictional system is highly perverted these days so nothing operates the way it was originally meant to, but that's the general idea of why such a thing exists.

They keep obstructing everything he does. Now they wont let him defund sanctuary cities because it's "unconstitutional". Yup, if a city openly flaunts federal law and provides sanctuary for illegal aliens it's unconstitutional to do something about it. These judges need to be put in the dirt

>We the people

He won't be able to. Every American, no matter their lust for trump, will step out in front of this display of tyranny.

Yes.

can he actually do this?
like not "will the people stop him"
does he have the legal authority to shitcan the whole circuit? what path would he take to go about doing this.

I probably would support him

dont you already have a supreme court?

>Is it time to break up the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals?
Yes, yes and absolutely fucking yes, it's one of the liberal strongholds that must be slayed to preserve america as it was

The federal judiciary is broken up into 13 separate circuits (the two circuits you don't see depicted here are the DC Circuit and the Federal Circuit, both located in DC). All courts in a given circuit are bound by the legal precedent established in their circuit, and by Supreme Court precedent. The Circuit Courts of Appeal are the appellate courts of their various circuits. They are one step belong the Supreme Court itself. They resolve appeals that the Supreme Court opts not to resolve.

I won't. Fuck the 9th circuit. They have a multi-decade history of legislating from the bench.

Shit, forgot the pic.

KeK. So cucked. It is already happening in Poland and frankly, no one gives a fuck about this. People quickly forget, remember this. The perfect solution would be "WE ARE ON THE WAR WITH NORTH KOREA AND ISIS" narrative, while in the very same time fuck lefty judges up.

That court gets overruled so frequently it's barely a legit part of the judiciary. They are clearly frequently making rulings that are not consistent with our laws and at some point there should be some blowback.

Speak for yourself, cupcake.

Would that even work? The new judges wlll be from CA and will just be 9th circuit 2.0.

>can he actually do this?
no. it's a thought experiment to last the judges who are obviously against him, but he can't touch them. it would take an act of congress, supreme court, and god for him to usurp any of the courts in the USA.

what multi-decade history? start listing the examples, kike.

>be Trump
>try to protect us by closing the borders
>some random retard in Hawaii stops it

He can't abolish the Nutty Ninth. Rather, Congress and Trump can create a new Circuit Court, and give it jurisdiction in states like Arizona, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Alaska... taking away the Ninth's power in those states.

Ninth Circuit needs to be limited to California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and those territories.

Supreme court is just one court. Only the stuff at the federal level that makes it through the lower courts and the circuit courts is even considered for a hearing at the supreme court.

It's supposed to be a way to filter out the little stuff so that only the really critical things are heard by the supreme court. Nobody else has the authority to toss out unconstitutional federal laws, for instance.

based ally thank u for helping modernize the continental army

how the fuck can it throw out anything the president does before he does it

...

Wrong. 100% wrong.

How is breaking up a circuit court tyranny? You're a retard. Do you understand that the circuit courts are created by Congress in the first place? The only court established by the Constitution itself is the Supreme Court. All others are created by Congress. If Congress can make them, they can unmake them.

They didn't throw anything out that the president did. They more or less just said it's OK for states to continue to ignore what the president said until there is a better ruling.

Just a delay tactic because they found a technicality to justify their opinions. Judges are notoriously corrupt, and you have to remember that it works like this:

Lawyer: you're not good enough to be a judge
Judge: you're not good enough to be a politician

DO IT
it does redpill people, true, but it needs to go imo
