What's your opinion of the privatization of certain public goods and utilities, like railroads or rail/subway transportation, phone and telecommunications, utilities, etc.?

They are not truly privatized, if all the regulations are forced form the government.

You don't know what privatized means, shut the hell up

> he doesn't know the difference between privatised and regulated

Things for the public like you listed should always be government owned.

>tfw Finnish traitor politicians try to sell every bit of Finland to foreign kikes just to make some pocket money in the process
>they're legit trying to sell like 70% of our fresh water to fucking Nestle

You're wrong, by that logic there are no private companies in the world, or at least in the West then, since they're all regulated.
> they're legit trying to sell like 70% of our fresh water to fucking Nestle
Are you actually serious? Do you have a link?

If in the free market, it can be done cheaper and more effiently, then why not? Some companies will set up a legal monopoly on an industry simply because they can do it better and cheaper.

If something is a legal private monopoly, isn't that essentially isomorphic to a government monopoly though? At that point why not just buy it out and nationalize it so that it can be regulated to protect customers more from the potential abuses of private companies? It's still a monopoly either way.

The girl on the right is an 8/10.

They're both good looking, but yeah the right is better

Only works if the market is large enough to avoid centralization.

Finland privatized it's power network some years back, but since it's controlled by two (foreign) companies the transfer fees have only been rising and rising, while power outages have become more common everywhere except the largest cities.

Even after this fiasco there was a large government initiative to privatize our road network too, by putting GPS trackers on every vehicle and charging road usage by kilometer traveled. Thankfully the plan was toppled for now.

Are girls like these in abundance or they're just very few?

When its not privatized; like our NHS - it really comes back to rape your pennies, when you needlessly have to keep it afloat for people to abuse. Just say NO - privatize everything.

put the poo in the loo pajeet

its the only way to create a proper capitalism.
by privatizing the resources themselves, and the utilities and infrastructure needed to utilize them, you create an economy where price is based purely on supply/demand curves because the cost of production/transportation is normalized.
this will never ever occur in any civilization on earth, because the #1 way people become rich is by privatizing those very resources/utilizes

I resist.

School definitely needs to be privatized, but the government can still fund schooling for children. School is too important to leave up to what effectively amounts to a socialist system.

Nothing but bad came out of privatizing the postal services. It meant less service, way less reliabilty for much, much more money. It was a bad idea.

Privatization == the customer loses.

The externalities related to schooling/education are so important though that even most economists know that it is better off collectivized or nationalized at least to a degree. Schooling to a certain point is mandatory for most jobs in the current economy.

It didn't work here. No one from the state controlled if the private owner invested in maintenance.
For example, we had a tragedy a couple years ago with a literally train without breaks that killed 51 people. They tried to blame the motorman but it was proved that the formation was an old box of metal. Corruption kills, sadly.

They need big strong black cocks to show them how to be real women desu

You spoke as if you were trying to negate what I said but you didn't do so in actuality.

It's in Finnish but google translate will probably work. In short they're trying to pass a law reform that would allow the organ responsible for the nature of Finland to sell parts of it to the highest bidder.

Seems like the first attempt to pass the law has failed but IIRC they're still at it.

It seems like when the telecommunications industry was public or nationalized everyone got fucked an equal amount -the government, the consumer/taxpayer and the corporation/business all took it in the ass a little.

But once the telecom industry got deregulated and more privatized, it became like 2 wolves and a sheep voting on what was for dinner; the consumer/taxpayer took all the fucking and was left with a bloody gaping asshole while the govt. and telecom industry got blowjobs and ice cream sundaes.
