You know what I would do? After I got both rulings in my favor I would gloat, hold a 10-minute press conference and give a statement to the judiciary stating that while I respect the system of checks and balances, I will caution the judiciary from committing to activist stances that are out of the bounds of the decision. In addition, any future attempts that are similar, unfounded legal obstruction, and if there is a pattern of judicial overreach by said judge, I will have the judge investigated for their conduct to explore impeachment.
