Absolutely incredible films

...

...

Ahh my childhood

I've never seen Lord of the rings

If you believe in good vs evil then you are a true cuck. Sjw-teir thought process

This is probably a deeply unpopular opinion and it'll go down like a lead balloon, but I don't think LotR is "filmable".

I envy you, then.

Would you recommend binge watching them, or seeing one and have time to think about it?

ROTK was objectively one of the best movies ever made.

>scenes that women will never understand

I'd recommend watching movies that are actually worth watching. Pic related.

the true gravity of the genocide of the elves will never be admitted by the government or displayed correctly on screen, that is the real tragedy

also I almost agree with you but still think you're wrong because the films were so good

In the books Aragorn lets the orcs live and even have their own country.

He was a massive fucking cuck and Sup Forums still likes LOTR wowowowow

Watching Lord of the Rings for the first time is a religious expierence. Savor them

all extended in one go, eating this through the day (theyre about 13 hours total)

>watching films with (((sequels)))

Good goy. Make sure to pick up some officially licensedâ„¢ merchandise on your way out.

I'm positive LotR contributed to my sense of white identity and primed me for redpilling

Originally they were all going to be one story. In the 1960s there was a single volume edition. But the (((publisher))) said nobody wanted to buy a 2,000 page book so they split it up.

Sage

...

Why don't SJWs use LOTR references to describe politics?
Really makes you think...

Funny Girl and Funny Lady staring Barbara Streisand took musical comedy to new heights.

lyin leaf, get out

Why is this thread here? What does it have to do with politics?

>all white races of the world band together to defeat shitskin hordes once and for all
Sounds great to me.

...

That isn't a film series

X Files

Gattaca
Master and Commander
Brazil

End of evangelion

If the movies were made today, Aragon would be played by Idris Elba.

Read the books. Jackson fucked Gimli and Pippin over hardcore

I second the notion.

A caution tale showing the dangers of introducing a separate race into society. You see, all Shrek ever wanted to do was stay in his fucking swamp, but the bourgeois fools forced him to integrate into society. And all he provided was befriending the enemy dragon by getting it hooked on interspecies intercourse, greened the fuck out of the hottest pure white babe in the lands, and breed pure green babies. he would've been totally fine with his onions and his fairy tale bullshit if we didn't coax him out of his swamp.

literally the worst of the three

fellowship is undisputed GOAT, nothing compares to

My dad was in that.

LOTR and DUNE. Both are exquisit masterpieces. If you havent heard of DUNE yet, read the first 3 books and watch the movies. It will captivate you. Promise.

I like open all hours.

This.

triumph das willens 1938 - Leni Riefenstahl
das blaue Lichj 1936 - Leni Riefenstahl

Boku no Pico

>Stopping at Children of Dune
If you are going to read past Messiah at least make it to God emperor of Dune to reward yourself for trudging through children.

If you think about it, LOTR was made at exactly the right time. If it had been made earlier, the special effects wouldn't have been up to par. If it came out just a few years later, it would have been filled with social justice crap.

You're pic.

LOTR is literally a perfect series.

BTW, those interested in Evolian philosophy should REALLY read and watch DUNE. Its all about politics, metaphysics, religion, conquest, science, etc, etc. Amazing story. Really activates the brain.

I can also just recommend M (1931), back, when germany made the best movies. It is about a childmurderer and the manhunt for him. Later, when the murderer is before trail, he explains, the inside of a murderers head, his demons, his motivations, played excellent by Peter Lorre.

It is just magnificent.

Not even trying to be a fag i would read the books first. I read the books after the movies but that sense of imagination was not there.

best of the best

Watched that like 20 times when I was younger. Usually at night on weekends. No idea why. Ended up reading all of the books too.

I cry manly tears every time.

Definitely LOTR.

>>scenes that women will never understand

Cornetto Trilogy
LOTR
Real Star Wars before Lucas went full retard
Kill Bill 1 and 2
Godfather I and II (NOT III)
Goodfellas and Casino cause they might as well be a series
Alien and Aliens
Pirates of Carib only up to Dead Man's Chest
Nolan Batman trilogy
Shrek 1 and 2, and no not ironically

bout it I think

The books are excellent even if you have watched the movies. The two versions are sufficiently different so that neither experience truly spoils the other.

A saw a white city, and atop it a white tree... It was burning.

Greatest ending ever

F Paul walker

Death Wish......

He kills every degenerate

Entertaining? yeah.

Good films? no.

One of my dad's favorites, he showed it to us many times as a kid. Always thought it had a magical quality because of how much work they put into the character of the rat, also the style.

This. Fellowship was by far the best

Is there really that much of a difference? I've utterly given up being a smug wannabe Ebert and just decided if I want to watch a movie more than once, it's good. Monster's Inc 2 was technically "better" than Troll 2, and yet I've watched Troll 2 6 times cause it's still fucking hilarious. Never once thought about getting Monster's Inc on DVD or even finding it on Putlocker.

rat was their dad

>you have opinions you must be an SJW
it makes me happy that regardless of whether we will make it or not the radical centrists are doomed no matter what
if europeans will fail at least disgusting fencesitter cucks will be brought down with us

It's not hard to understand that. The scene that most people don't understand is Aragorn saying good bye, they think it's supposed to be gay. Same with Sam and Frodo, they can't understand that two male characters are close emotionally as friends, not lovers.

>Nolan Batman trilogy
kys

MISSISSIPPI BURNING

Spider-Man trilogy.

I want you to see this. There is noting more magnificent.

youtube.com/watch?v=1g-sfrQnwwg

That pic actually made me think about Antifa. Fucking hordes of darkness. Same shit.

...why? You got a better Batman trilogy? First one got ruined by Schumaker.

Regarding LotR niggers really REALLY hate the trilogy very interesting
its a very european/christian movie and book series

Wow. Sup Forums is full of philistines.

lotr rules normies dont understand. legendary cast and music as well

...

>Troy

It's an ok movie, but does no justice to the Iliad at all

LOTR is probably my favourite series, but my favourite stand alone film would be Gladiator.

There's something about this film that I love so much.
It also has the greatest soundtrack of all time.

>European inspired archetypes, creatures, aesthetics
>all white cast
>proper English
>anti degeneracy, the whole trilogy's theme is about resisting temptation

Of course they hate it

David the Gnome

>lol Robin John Blake Gordon Levitt is liek Robin the sidekick, get it?!

...

Whatever fag

How come no one mentioned this?

Matrix

I mean what else is there besides Matrix and perhaps fraggle rock.

Prequals? Really?

Say anything about prequels, but Revenge of the Sith had the best moments with Sheev.

LOTR and the Matrix are /our/ movies.

Prequels are underrated. Way better than the new disney shit. The story of the prequels is great. Music is also way fucking better.

...

...

source?

1-3 mega under rated. Il argue Revenge of the sith is better than force awakens any day

The second one or which ever The Spy Who Shagged Me was better thin fellowship OR return of the king

One of my favorite filmmakers, his movies can be treated as a semi-chronological story of his recurring actors.

kek

Alright, sounds good, thanks.
