Just got a part time job at sam's club for janitorial. $11.50 an hour.
Have an interview for phone delivery coordinator at Ikea for 11.35 an hour.
Equal to what I was making as a UPS box smasher and easier.

>advice for people seeking work
Start doing Digital Marketing training. Get your Google Adwords cert. NOW. Sooner = better.

Im looking into digital marketing training now. Where would you go exactly in order to do that training?

Protection Services for PayPal. Mostly deal with credit card chargebacks and disputes people file on purchases. $19 an hour with decent bonuses

Learn to interview. I don't care your education or how nice your resume looks, if you can't handle an interview confidently then you'll never get anything.

Industrial engineer

Aerodrome Operations while I build hours to be a flying instructor.

Hm, protection services huh? Any more info on this? 18 year old working at a theatre right now, looking for something that will pay me above jack shit. I have a lot of experience with tree service but can't work anything other than part time.

Thinking about switching to Psychology, Sup Forums am I making a mistake?

fuck off NSA

Yes

If you aren't going for a master's or a doctorate in psychology than don't bother. A BS in psychology is a terrible investment.

Yes.
Study Finance instead or tie that into a psych degree.

i transport corpses

Don't do it. Totally over saturated market full of nu male hipster tossers.

Do you go into the homes of the deceased?
Also checkd

I wanted to get a Master's, spend some time working as a Psychologist and dabbling in Psychiatry schooling on the side while securing myself financially.

I'm plumber.

Volume.

Apply for as many jobs each day as you can and when you get an interview do lots of preparation. In the interview itself try and get your personality and sense of humour across, don't just answer questions like a robot.

holy shit quads
yeah i do if its a death at home or a crime scene

Power Engineer.
I'm more or less Homer Simpson.

If you can pass the not so hard exams you are on the right path to making $40-$65/hr to sit on your ass and do 2 hours of work for every 12 shift.

If you are truly interested, then go for it. Although the market is very saturated so the competition will be stiff. Just be prepared to sit through a lot of SJW propaganda in your social psychology courses. When psychology starts dipping into the humanities it gets pretty cringe. I used to study psych but I got out of it cause I didn't want to go the master's/doctorate route.

I have a job interview in 4 days.

how do i get a job though? ive got no work exp or education. all i do is shitpost and fap to tranny porn.

Paramedic nurse

I'm an Apprentice Stone Mason. I cut and form exotic rocks into counter tops and the like.
I just stumbled into the job honestly. Just mass applied to EVERYTHING on craigslist even jobs I wasn't necessarily qualified for. Got an interview and managed to impress the owner.
Volume and confidence are important. And you should try to tailor your resume for the specific job dont just hand around a generic one.

Is it true that a BS is law is basically useless? Im thinking about either that or business administration or finance. Any tips?

Environmental field scientist at engineering consulting company. 20 per hr but after 6 months of no fucking up full time salary and benes

What can I do with a bachelors in Math? My GPA isn't that great so I don't think higher education is in my future. Am I just fucked? Should I study for actuarial exams?

>worked hvac
>everyone around me was depressing/stupid
>pay was amazing
>shitty work environment because welding group wouldn't put up a screen or attempt to ventilate

granted, i only worked the job for a week.

Ever seen any real horror homes? Hoarders surrounded by their trash or blobs who have died alone?

Figure out what your fantasy project is and then figure out how to do 85% of it without someone else's help. The economy is going underground and nothing can stop it.

entry level positions are usually grocery stores, and warehouses
retail and fast food need experience for some fucking reason these days

Lab Tech

you can always be a teacher

>So what does pol do for work?

100% lotto tickets

Retail typically requires some type of sales metrics to met and fast food you have to be fast. Honestly not the best for someone starting. Grocery stores are the lowest pressure job in the world.

but i'd say do that for a couple months, and save your money for trades school
some trade job can pay a lot better than an office job from time to time

You like it? I hated it when I was cooped up doing fucking dendrology lab

I have a bachelors in math and I currently work in data analysis, if you learn programming you can get good jobs because computer science majors cant into real math

If you're planning on going clinical then just get the psychiatry degree, you'll make way more. A masters in psychology will land you a high school counselor position.

If you want to do research then do neuroscience mixed with computer science. You'd be surprised how important programming is in that field. Also take a bunch of stats classes, you'll need them.

Mid 30's here, sick of admin, how hard is I.T to blag my way into? I have a fair bit of knowledge self taught.

I'm the President of the United States of America.

how does emergency medicine work in sweden, do you guys have a nurse on every truck or something?

what do warehouse workers even do? load and unload trucks? ive got no clue.

Trade jobs are excellent if you're motivated. Pay is great because people will always need plumbers/electricians/etc. But you've got to hustle and get your self out there.

give me a job

I'm working on a Bachelors in Math here's what I got:

1) Graduate School (PhD or Masters with Masters you can teach at CC)

2) Actuarial Exams

3) NSA (Have to pass extensive background check but will hire with BA/BS in Math)

4) High School (Wouldn't be my first pick but you will also need a certificate)

5) Try applying to anything with the title "analyst" or look in business or at startups

pics or it didn't hapenero

I really do kill people for a living. Perfectly legal, I assure you. Mostly, I stage 'accidents', for my employers.

Yeah, atleast one is a RN and the other has to be a RN with added competence like intensive care/anesthesia/ambulance care.

Oh, the SJW shit seems like a turnoff, but it's still something I want to do.

Without turning things into a blogpost:
>Psychologists can support a family
>A motivated individual can make the leap from Psychology to Psychiatry while managing other things
>Psych field seems to make a lot of money
>Was raised by a single mom that took me to a shitty psychologist that overprescribed medication. I'd like to be a "good" influence on patients.
etc.

Though it's odd that you say the market is saturated. From the research I've done thus far (And I still have much more to do) I was under the impression that it's not terribly difficult to find work and that the field was growing fairly quickly what with the destigmatization of "shrinks."

I'm a NEET, no intention of working and I'm preparing to claim benefits. Why should I work for a dying society? We're in the final days of Rome.

Land surveyor, I work in the office.

My advice, learn autocad.... you can be a cad tech and make $20-30/hr once you know what you are doing. Engineers, Arcitects, Surveyors, etc all use cad and pay well

I like it. Still pretty green tho (have been working for a year now)
Worked in a cancer-research lab and for a company which produced kits for desease detection.
Research lab was way more fun than mixing buffers/ working quality control all day.

Min wage for less than full time but make sure you are on call 24/7.

Neets deserve nothing more for at least a year. Once that neet is killed off entirely in you, we can work you up to a $0.25 raise! Remember to thank your employer who never shows up and is taking his 5th vacation this year goyim.

No offence, but every crazy girl from high school went on to get a psychology degree.

Hey Sup Forums should i get my Bachelor's degree in Law or Business administration?

Currently a part time sale associate at a retail store.

I'm going to community college for now, I'm planing on majoring in graphic design once I transfer, but that's not set in stone.

I have a PhD in disability pension cheque cashing and waving around a "not allowed to work or go to education by law" sign.

So I run a online store under the name of my mom...

I work at a catering company as a bartender and go to college full time

I'm thinking about journalism. We need right wing journalists.

Geopolitical intelligence would be another dream but that's way harder to chase

Diplomacy seems nice too, but it's dominated by establishment shills here.

Any tips on becoming a journalist, Sup Forums ? I'm thinking of doing an internship in the Middle East

DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE THREADS !

I do administation work. Finished a contract for a construction company aiding the HR department with a federal audit. Setting up a cpntract with amazon for the same gig, but between multiple buildings

let us know when you get cancer user

>likely a healthy young male
If by healthy you mean an anxious, depressed, nihilistic, misanthropic, 18 year old virgin shut in who is scared to get out of bed every morning because life is the same thing every time I awaken from my slumber then yeah, I'm healthy. Still going to claim. My ancestors might have worked and died for Britain, I'm not though. Pic very related.

I am the President of the United States.

fuck off nigger, I enjoy these threads so I made my own. Why did you respond? Seriously, you are a faggot

Climbing arborist, gonna take over the company I work for in a couple years.

youtu.be/p27ipEzsxW4

This is good advice. Throw in GIS as well. Basically what I do for environmental company. Half the time out sampling/ testing. Other half drawing the job sites and sending shape files to the DEP

>NSA
You know they do the most extensive background checks in the world? You really think you'll be accepted?

Retail. It's a catch-22, do it because you learn people skills, never do it because it destroys your soul. You realize just how money hungry people are, and you haven't been redpilled on greed until you see a customer flip out because the they swear the shiny new trinket ringing up for $26 at the register said $22 on the label. Luckily I work at a place where I can mark shit down on a whim and not have to give a fuck, idk how grocery stores handle it.
They overwork you to the point of suicide, and just when they see the depression and sadness creeping in they magically decide it's time for a promotion to some title that's not quite a manager, that pays you JUST enough to say "I can do this, just keep hanging on and I'll be at the top." I've seen people with hopes and dreams, degrees in shit like biology and chemistry that they throw a bone and make an assistant manager, and once you hit that point it's over, they've trapped you.

Nice, and then I take your shape files and write conservation easement legal descriptions :)

Can a 20 year old white male in america get free money from the government also? please let me know. I'm asking for a friend. He doesn't want to work. He just wants to shit post on Sup Forums all day. Thanks.

Dunno mate can't help you there Burgerman

I'm a NEET sadly, but I'm trying to charge that. I have a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, Minor in Math and an MBA.

I apply like crazy. I don't care what the job is or what industry it's in anymore. If I meet the requirements and the pay is decent (not min wage), I apply and I use everything from the company's website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Monster etc. to look for jobs.

So what you are saying is retail is good for a summer job, but don't get sucked into it?

How can aussies even compete.

Im an RN-BSN working for University of Tennessee medical center. I love ever moment of job even if it gets exhausting working constant 12hr shifts and doing it and night makes it hard too. I just fucking hate drug addicts. I find it extremely hard to care for and about them.

Ide like to give you some advice but I dont know what to say. It took me 5 years to complete this degree which is a long ass time. It was worth it, but i started at 19 going for it. Ide say if you are considering it go for your Associates. You dont need a BSN to be a nurse and I found out too late. BSNs dont get paid more, they just get picked easier for management positions but who The fuck would want to be a nursemanager its awful.

Most hospitals will pay you after a year or two to get your bachelors anyways. You do learn a lot more in the bachelors classes, but taking care of people doesnt require it

Data engineer.

Leftmost and the black broad with the fucked up face are best

Also sauce?

It's a supply and demand economy. The more you get paid the more your work is needed. don't be afraid to switch to a better paying job because you feel your needed. You'd be needed more at the other one if they're offering you more pay. Also don't be afraid of jobs. The worst they can do is fire you. Unless it's your life or someone else's in danger then go for it. (Otherwise usually you need education) You just reminded me I have someone to call...

Look at that symbiosis right there. Keep on keeping on brother

IT Director, am hiring people right now and doing interviews, if you have questions for someone running a successful IT dept regarding hiring then fire them at me.

Sensible chuckle

Build fucking wall

Same here, just went to school for different shit. I dont even curate what im applying for anymore, i just fire out applications and hope something comes of it. I dont want to be a NEET so im gonna go snag some shit job doing general labor even though i really dont want to and hopefully ill find a better opportunity sometime after that
