Cooking is a redpill and much mire important than resisting porn. If you eat junk food shit only and are not able to make at least three pasta, three rice and three potato based meals you are part of the problem.
It is really easy, I'd not say I'm talented but I still don't even need recipes. Everybody can make a salad, some marinated chicken and rice. Everybody can make pasta, some tuna and onions / garlic. Everbody can make a simple potato casserole with ground meat and potatoes.
IT IS SIMPLE.
This stuff is so much healthier for you, won't make you as fat and you will get rid of your addiction for refined sugars.
Again: Don't even talk about resisting porn when you are still eating junk food. This shit is fucking up your life big time.
Also: Cooking has class and is a skill a good man should have. Keep women out of the kitchen. Cooking is a man's job (see: best chefs in the world are male).
I even post a guide and you sperg out... What did you want me to explain, WHICH vegetables to throw in the wok? Almost everything works! Take some green beans, two carrots and an onion e.g.
There is nothing bad about carbs as long as you don't eat much of them. I have them in almost every meal but in small amounts. But yeah I often just make a salad and a good piece of meat.
The carb topic is pretty complicated, but like with most stuff it is about the dosage.
Also: This thread is for motivating people to cook - living and cooking without carbs is more complicated and not good for starters.

Some are doing it on purpose, though. They find a feeder bf thats get a kick out of shoving food in their mouth. youtube.com/watch?v=f8HDFAu6Z3A

There is actually some hot women cooking on the internet.
potato casserole sounds goods. I prefer shepherds pie though. I find I can eat anything and still maintain a decent shape- if I just eat modest amounts.
We eat too much. Even spoons have gotten bigger. What was a soup spoon is now a shovel.
Honestly though, I did gain some middle roundness when I was drinking too much beer after work. >be me, head home, pick up a six pack of craft beer. >eat a modest meal, but drink 6 pack of craft. >gain weight.
I now drink seltzer water.

That is not genetics. Thats gluttony.

i bet OP cant make fresh pasta - might be able to cook (poorly) premade pasta, but proper pasta takes some effort

Depends on where you go and what generation
Gabriel Hall
A lot of people in the younger generations, myself included honestly at times, don't have the energy or the willpower to cook a full on meal after a long shift at work or entire day in the Library. It can take about 45 minutes so what is the incentive when you can get the supplemented nutrients from a ready meal or a quick oven meal?
And don't say it is being lazier than previous generations, because it isn't as if we all have wives at home to cook a meal for us to be ready when we get home now, is it?

It doesn't take more than 15mns to cook a simple meal. If you need to eat something fancier, you could cook it on the weekend and keep it in the fridge for the next few days or even freeze it. There is no excuse to eat processed crap, it's expensive and unhealthy.
Dominic Cruz
this- i just knocked up a roast half chicken with a fuckton of veggies, even made a roux for the gravy, with leftovers for tomorrows lunch for 8 bucks total mise en place time 15 minutes total cooking time 35 including making the sauce

>chop up some chicken >fry in big pan >add a big onion and lots of garlic >chop up a head of broccoli and add maize, tomatoes and whatever other greens and vegetables you like >finally, pour pureed tomatoes over the heap, add a healthy dose of salt, herbes de provence and pepper
Done in 15 minutes, minimal dishes to clean up, healthy and delicious. Can be eaten with or without a carb staple.
Aiden Howard
foods shit tho.
doesnt matter what it is i cant help but think im killing myself with it no matter how healthy the meal is.
Lucas Walker
I get the same necessary nutrients from a Tesco oven meal, with vegetables and home made meals every other few days.
Brody Bennett
you know it's not the same bro.

Does using an oven count?
I hate microwaved food at the least.
Xavier Anderson
of course
>grab chicken breasts >put them in a bowl with some herbs, salt, peper, water and a bit of olive oil >let it be for 1 hour (if they are frozen its ok, they will thaw) >put them in the oven >??? >profit
Jordan Nguyen
> tfw no mushroom ketchup
Jaxson Evans
An oven is good for many things. Cooking is one of them.

I've also heard that your (American) food contains much more sugar than food elsewhere around the world. I always thought it was weird that there are so many guides on the internet telling you to look at what you're eating when usually it should just be enough to simply not eat like a vacuum, but it makes sense if everything there tries to make you fat
Austin Price
I love watching that guy. Total fucking dweeb.

Eating healthy is racist. Niggers need fat white whores
