I hate gyms. That's why I made a gym in my house, cost me about 400 euros, nothing impressive but you will do every group of muscles with it easily. All you need is a universal bench, a rack for bar, obviously bar, dumbbels and some weights.

I spent a month in a nuthouse to get my disability due to anxiety and shakes. Last day turned out very stressful because I couldn't get my meds right away, I couldn't sleep for 2 days, I started seeing hallucinations, babbling for many hours like a schizo. Within a week I got home my anxiety and shaking gradually disappeared, like shit that has tortured me for years is now gone. I need no psychiatric meds anymore and haven't taken any in 2 months.

BUT since that day I've been feeling very weak and dizzy. I go to sleep every 5 hours or so.
