>OBAMA SPIED ON TRUMP, HIS STAFF, CONGRESS AND TRUMP SUPPORTERS >NSA UNMASKED 36,000+ CIVILIANS, SUSPECTED TO BE MORE >COMEY REFUSING TO RELEASE FBI NUMBERS OF ACTUAL NUMBER >SUSAN RICE REFUSING TO TESTIFY
Sure, the Democrat opposition has failed in every single anti-Obama campaign for the past 9 years but I'm sure they'll get him this time
Adam Rodriguez
So there are 36000 active archived/pol/ users, huh?
Charles Rogers
This is a criminal act you fucking idiot. theres a million laws being broken here
Daniel Ross
No laws were broke senpai.
Asher Sullivan
He dindu nuffin. He wuz a gud boi. He was just usin dem programz.
Jace Morgan
If you idiots would stop initially tieing it to Obama, then maybe you could get somewhere in the hearings to the point someone will actually slip up and name him.
Instead you're already politicizing it just by using his name. Remember he's the american left's golden cow.
Carson Lewis
So? Illegal or not?
Jordan Wood
this is unconstitutional
Asher Cruz

For what? No one will be punished and nothing will come of it like always.
Trump will fucking refuse to do shit about it guaranteed and he'll be blocked if he tries.
Camden Phillips
>implying the government actually follows its own constitution
Leo Perry
Because he has a ten year term. Very difficult to replace an FBI director.
They have that term set for the purpose of avoiding political pandering.
Gabriel Reed
Seriously though, are you really surprised by this?
Joseph Martinez

You know how there's that connect-the-dots thing with the "incidental collections" (I.E you talked to someone whose cousin's sister married a guy whose brother is in ISIS, therefore you get some spying on you), I wonder if us just being on a board talking to people from sometimes Syria and Russia etc is enough to start picking up our communications
Angel Sullivan
And then he'll forget about it like usual.
Just like the "special prosecutor" for Hillary.
Jaxon Sullivan
Can't they subpoena her testimony?
Lucas Peterson
SHUT IT DOWN
SHUT IT DOWN INSIDE
CAN'T SHUT DOWN
Dominic Long
Trump has only been in office for a couple of months.... theres still many years left to topple the Clintons.
This entire case has been a drip drip. The first domino was dropped long ago. Give it time. Eventually things will come out.
Jaxson Gutierrez
This. And sadly, most people won't care. If anything it just sets a precedent
Parker Cook
Shareblue, get the fuck out.
Gavin Morgan
This. And if you think they still aren't doing it just because "le based god emperor would never do such a thing!" You'll be in for a nasty shock.
Josiah Jenkins
>Trump has only been in office for a couple of months
And the only thing he's said about Hillary is "they've been through a lot".
>Give it time.
WE'VE GIVEN IT ENOUGH FUCKING TIME.
Bentley Flores
You have a right to remain silent. A court can force you to show up, but they can't force you to speak. If you refuse to take the stand, nobody can do anything about it.
Jayden Howard
It's borderline conspiritard, but here's a guy who argues that the US might have been operating outside of the constitution since 9/11
Do you want him to come out and just start throwing people in jail? You fucking idiot. They'll accuse him of trying to overthrow politicians he claims as "enemies". They've already dropped the seed for this in articles on certain left wing sites, by insinuating its something Trump may do.
Everything has to be done carefully, especially since theres an inner civil war within the intel community and the FBI where the good and the bad are completely split, making it extremely difficult.
Good always wins in the end.
Gavin Sanchez

Actually u still have to show up if a COURT subpoenas you. Don't know about Congress. The right to remain silent stems from the 5th amendment so u can answer blah blah blah I plead da fif. But you are still required to show up. US courts are weird. When in a courtroom with a judge they have absolute power in that room. The subpoena is an extension of that power source not showing up is contempt of court. Congress is different I believe.
Also guilt shown either way from Susan Rice just better optics to not show up then TOO show up and repeat the "I plea da fif" line 400 times.
Christopher Butler

Realistically, what's the chance of Obama going to jail?

Kayden Richardson
You need proof that someone is doing something illegal to get a warrant on them.
Then it would fail, and cause a civil war and the government would collapse.
Trump needs to unite the people and make sure that when the house of cards fall, they are on his side. He cant risk for them to side with the deep state or believe any lie they may spark in order to divide the people and convince them that Trump is 'abusing his power' and throwing innocents in jail.
William Bennett
No its not
Ayden Howard
>First Black president >Mix-breed that's more White than Black
It's always been pottery. Just let them have this one.

TREY GOWDY ON FOX RIGHT NOW: There are other ways to get Susan Rice to come before the comittee. It's called subpoena.
Fucking love Trey Gowdy..roaaar
Ryder Thompson
...that's what I said. Also, no, Congress can't breach your 5th Amendment rights because they're still state actors. The 5th Amendment always applies in any confrontation with state actors, including police, prosecutors, judges, Congress, and the President. Also, refusal to speak cannot be used as evidence in court. If anyone even comments on your silence or even implies that it means you're guilty, a mistrial is almost always declared because that's a breach on your 5th Amendment right.
Eli Sullivan

Because as long as he keeps the russian interference case "open" as he has, Trump can't fire him without looking like he is trying to quash that case. Comey is being a rat.

Stop acting like a leftwing cunt who pulls shit out of context going 'LE DRUMPF OMG BTFO' you cringy cunt
Brandon Parker
The INTERNET is the prophesied beast. It is the police state so many have talked about. Anyone that knows anything about IP networks, knows how easy it is to collect ALL data. And, now with all your phone data being packetized, it is only that much easier to collect, and spy on everything. You thought the Truman show was just a movie right? Wrong.

You chowder heads are getting all paranoid for no fucking reason. What do you think the governments going to do? Slowly strip away at our freedoms guaranteed by the bill of rights? Persecute us for watching porn and downloading an mp3 online? Collect all our data and put us in a list? Datamine our entire internet histories and segregate us all into different camps? Mass sterizliation?
Come on, give me a fucking break. The data is useless to the government, unless your the type of person looking up things that you shouldnt be looking up in the first place, and in that case, the government should have every right to look in and check to see if you're a fucking nut.
I dont need some "sophisticated" idiot coming into a diner while im eating with a homemade pipebomb.

Thats how the law works in the books, but in courtrooms and actual practice, does not work that way at all but rather the opposite.
Police and the court enforce the law, your rights are no concern to them.
