If I could have had the time and the manpower, I could have got Trump 3 million votes in California. They do not require an ID, and my district and others don't even do in-person voting. They send you a packet in the mail and essentially because you have no "polling place" you can vote wherever you want. If you get ahold of this you can essentially vote a lot more than twice if you vote in person in other districts with fake names, and use multiple mail in votes.
