I'd say that I'm introverted and all I want to do is talk to people, I literally forced myself to speak to new people at college to make friends or I would of dropped out. I'm an extrovert yet I prefer to only small-talk most people because average normal people probably wouldn't know a single fucking thing about philosophy, ideology, international politics, or any critical thought. I like talking to average people don't get me wrong, whenever I'm riding taxis or working I'm talking to them, but sometimes you just run out of things to say because the average person just doesn't go to deep into things.

This is important. Embracing your weirdness, embracing the aspects of your character that are different can actually make you a very likable person in social situations. Many introverts fear socializing because they fear judgement, rejection, or social consequences.
