The most annoying part is that the initial anti Apartheid activists here on the ground weren't even shilling for the ANC or blacks to run the country. The progressives, for the most part, were still "racist" and demanded that blacks need to be educated by the government-run schools before given rights to vote. Very similar to Rhodesia's set-up.
