My question is would this be frowned upon by pol and the alt right nationalists ?

Civic nationalism = nationalism
Ethno-nationalism =/= civic nationalism
Nationalism is just a blanket term. When compared to a liberal, you are a nationalist. When compared to another nationalist, you are not a nationalist. You are a civic nationalist and he might be an ethno-nationalist.

Even though this is bait, there is no set in stone ideology for white nationalism.
If I were the fuhrer of a white ethnostate, I would let anyone who passes for white stay.
I would then institute a eugenics program in which those that test 100% ethnically european are prohibited from breeding with those who are not, punishable to both parties involved. On the other hand, those 100% whites would be financially incentivized to breed with other 100% with special grants for every child the produce.
If such a system were followed strictly for long enough, you'd end up with a majority population that is 100% ethnically European.
So basically, if your gf and kids look white, they can stay. If obvious mestizo, then no dice.
