Long story short, if 0000146078_0002.TIF(attached, or Google it) was actually released as part of an MKUltra dump, and is legit, it is pretty compelling evidence that Senator/UN Amb. Henry Cabot Lodge, Jr knew about it, was working with the CIA, and was doing damage control at the UN and in the US. Maybe I fell for a hoax, but hey. I found ZERO mention of the document, so I thought I'd pass it on.
