That's definitely not a standard container used for shipping cargo, only has one set of door hardware on the right hand side.
Also the bulky block of steel in the middle of the seem is uncommon usually it's just about an inch thick (if that) piece of steel. The thicker piece on that container is so that you can't just simply bend the steel (which blocks opening of the unlocked left door and gain entry.
to add sorry... bending the steel and then bending it back is an undetectable method of gaining access. If you chop the lock someone's going to find out.

Any container can be loaded/off loaded with a truck you would have to specifically design it not to be.
I can't make out the labels but they are important as well as the triangle on the left hand door which is another indicator of what could possibly be inside. Next to that is the "Bereau Veritas" label which mean's it has been certified to a certain ISO standard, which one we don't know without looking at the metal plating... but most likely as I think you have said yourself a cert for going "overseas" or possible other uses.
