In my opinion, it is hopeless to try and revive the NatSoc movement as it was pre-1945. The name is simply too tainted in the eyes of the average normie.
What we need is rebranding. The ideals and politics can remain (with some moderate tweaking), but if we are going to obtain any power we must present them to the voters, in a new, less frightening way.

Also, how could we feasibly round up 15 million people and ship them to a foreign country and continent where they've never been? The logistics are astounding and would likely result in a major armed conflict between the US armed forces (and white citizens) and the blacks.
Which leads me to my point: it would have to be a black ethnostate founded more than likely in the American South, predicated on a massive race war like we've not seen in this country. I don't want Southerners to give up their ancestral lands any more than I want blacks to settle in mine, but something's gotta give and at this point it looks like the lingering resentment of the Civil War has to come to a violent head and finally work itself out.

In order of quality:

The third option, though it sounds easiest, would be problematic because most blacks are concentrated in the South, and we would literally have a second civil war if you forced the whites off their ancestral lands. The second option would be resisted by every other country in the western hemisphere, so short of a war where the US acquired new land (ie, parts of Mexico), this wouldn't work. Likely, parts of Africa could be purchased and repopulated if the blacks already living there were well compensated for taking new citizens. In all cases, American blacks would resist, because they historically refuse any solution short of being welfare dependent and sedentary.
