There's only going to be a bursting bubble if SD wins the election. The constant influx of immigrants is going to keep driving up the prices even more. No doubt someone is making millions investing in real estate while having a direct influence over Swedish immigration policies.

The socialists are preparing for defeat right now since all polls are against them. They've been running an extremely expansive policy, overspending like crazy and taken in hundreds of thousands of people to temporarily drive up the GDP growth. Their goal is clearly to make everything go to shit once they lose the next election and the overspending stops. It will cause parliamentary deadlocks and maybe even re-elections like the other EU elections. I don't think the old parties can survive another december agreement against SD if they get almost 30%. It will probably end with some flimsy, unholy left-center C+x coalition as it stands today.

C has previously said they would rather cooperate with S than with SD, and Björklund said just a couple of days ago he would accept a position in an S coalition government if the alliance loses. Since the alliance obviously won't get majority, this means that C and L are effectively opposition. C will survive because they all immigrant friendly voices in M have fled there since akb opened up for cooperation with SD, but L will die because they were already at the threshold before they opened up for cooperation with S, and this is going to lose them like a third of their votes at least. This means the remaining coalitions are going to be S, V, MP (provided they remain which remains to be seen) and C versus M, KD and SD. If MP goes below 4%, the right bloc will likely win, and if KD goes below 4%, the left bloc will likely win. If neither or both go below 4%, it's anyone's guess.
