Look man, I can tell you are motivated and young. To be honest, a lot of your ideas need fine tuning. For example, you want to reform education - great, how exactly? State control or federal? Charter school model or private school tax code reform? Everybody "wants education reform."
Every issue listed here deserves its own book. I would start reading about every topic on a detailed level.
A child soldier program is a bad idea. Look at what has worked in history - Germany had a draft until like 2010, South Korea still has one. Basically all current draft models are better than child soldiers.
I wouldn't idealize an unpopular and failed group such as the Silver Legion. They are a footnote of history, and a rather disliked one. If I were you, I would join an established group with the aim to learn more, preferably one that isn't openly fascist. If you enjoy designing concepts, go with something more patriotic and inspiring. American Freedom Party, for example, has better optics to the average American. Politics is about swaying normies, not ideologues.
