This gang is straight out of Taken. They kidnap people and smuggle them over to the west for trafficking, and vica versa. Where do they originate? Fuzhou. Started around the same time as Tacomas relationship with the city.
The connection between the two stems from a restaurant, the imperial dragon. m.yelp.com/biz/imperial-dragon-tacoma Despite the reviews, it's rarely eaten at, but is a huge restaurant, as seen from google maps. If needed I can post pictures but every time I have driven past after closing, I have seen many large tinted cars and trucks parked throughout the lot, always with lights on in the back of the restaurant. To top it off, there is a massage place directly east of the imperial dragon 500-800 yards that is NEVER used but has been around for 10+ years. I can't find the place on google but I've attached an image of the two.
Basically to continue on i believe there is strong evidence between the owners of these two establishments, and gang activity. I think it would be very easy to look more into this but it needs a group effort, but is wholly possible.
This area is known to have a human trafficking problem and could possibly lead to larger incidents being stopped

There are some places that look like they don't make a dime down there. Yet rent/property prices are through the fucking roof. I made the mistake of going into one once, and asking for lunch. It was empty. I thought I beat the lunch rush. Some chink kid (rich as fuck obviously) was manning the counter. He looked at me like I was crazy.
I sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. Then after 40 minutes or so, he came in through the back and plopped down a to-go box in front of me. It was obvious that he just ran over to a different restaurant, bought something, then brought it to me.
For the 40 minutes I sat there, only one person came in. During lunch, on a weekday. The only valuable thing about that business is it's connection to the underground.

OP here again. Another interesting point. A big part of Tacoma is it's paper mills and refineries, which use a lot of chemicals that come direct from china. As breaking bad showed how easy it is to hide drugs in vats of chemicals, it's beyond easy to assume the Chinese are smuggling in heroin into these compromised ports in marked chemical barrels

Go to backpage, look through the ads. You will begin to see a trend of beautiful asian women. Keep track of the phone numbers. These people use the same numbers for different girls. They like to set up front businesses which give guys handies at the end, but that's not the real situation. They also have apartments and hotels that they send the girls to, girls who don't even know english, and they fuck dudes at these locations. This is the shit that is controlled by the massive international rings. Once you have locked down a few numbers, you can contact them with a series of burner numbers from GVoice, set up meets, BUT DO NOT GO. If you go, you will end up on a national list. These pages are heavily monitored, and the government doesn't care if you're on their side. Once you have a series of addresses that these people like to use, you can set up a TSP enumeration algorithm which determines the path of least resistance between all of these locations. this will give you a broad overview of the patterns that the ring may be using to move the women. If you can find a large apartment building which lies in this cross section connected to a restaurant, laundromat, or nail salon, that's where your girls are being kept. Texas is interesting because it's so spread out and you don't have any basements. I'd be more concerned over the latin women being moved around, but cartels have much different tactics. Keep your eyes on Houston's electrical district since that's a really big area for Pacific Islanders, look at Corpus, Austin, Dallas, and Galveston as well. Since the area isn't a huge port area, the girls are probably moving west to east, and like many said, the Democratic districts are the easiest for these people to get away with things.

I cannot give away what i know or how much i know, but the reason i ask is that there is a large smuggling corridor from North Dakota down through the Midwest into Texas, i have suspected it for years but many of the democratic districts in this state you mention where these actions are likely to be occurring are also havens of police and law enforcement sympathizers who help them smuggle children into Mexico, i am unsure of what i can actually do, if pedogate is as large as it seemed, then reporting the smuggling rings to DHS won't do any good.

I'm personally interested in the import of Young Western women through Au Pair programs.
