Tfw in meeting at work

>tfw in meeting at work
>people start talking politics
>"I think we can all agree that no one here voted for the Orange Cheeto"

Well, I am in DC

Interesting, we've had the opposite conversation at my work. I'm in Iowa.

Did you cuck the fuck out?

of course he did, and then he ran home to make this gay ass thread because OP is an infant.

>my face reddened
>i could feel my cheeks heat grow 10 degrees
>my head started to shiver
>"nuh-uh i did"
>nobody heard me

US needs more relevant political parties and all this bullshit would be avoided. Your current system is highly toxic for domestic stability and will eventually lead to another civil war if continued for much longer. Maybe the increasing trend of people turning off the MSM and getting their information online is enough to start the process of third, fourth, fifth or more parties' popularity. Next election, you guys need to meme a third party candidate.

I work at a fucking literary non-profit and I have to deal with intersectionality bullshit every goddamn day from my co-workers.
One of my coworkers literally believes that health is a social construct and that losing weigh is self-oppressive.

>at work
Why do you lie on the Internet?

It'll undoubtedly be a libertarian and then we'll have another bull moose situation

D.C. here and voted Trump. I just stay silent when people talk about it.

Why?

Because everyone you work with will think you're a literal Nazi.

What is a bull moose situation? And isn't it better than 2 parties (which are on a political spectrum very similar) switching power back and forth?

Cause he a BITCH

Because he's surrounded by nigger and kike loving liberal pieces of shit. If he said anything about supporting Trump, he'd get fired. All you people here who say "hurrr you should have said something, pussy!" have obviously never had a job, because if you piss off all your coworkers, your life is not going to go well.

at my work, Im literally known as "the Nazi guy"

it's not worth it. The nature of my work means I'm surrounded

to be fair I've never lied about who I voted for. I just get dead quiet

No. It's just going to split the conservatives vote, guaranteeing a democratic win. We need at least two more parties to rise. And the Green Party is meme tier. I can't even name another, relevant liberal party that would actually stand a chance

>using the word toxic
Do you take it up the ass too?

>i won't stand for my beliefs

It's literally impossible. A civil war is the only way to change the system. Even if Bernie tries to run for the communist party in 2020 he won't even crack 5%

People can get fired for that shit. Especially if your coworkers and bosses are dems.

It's slowly happening. Remember my words. In another 50-70 years the US will change to a parlimentary democracy.

The Bull Moose party was an independent party that backed Teddy Roosevelt for president. It ended up splitting the presidential race much in the way Ross Perot did years later.

San Diego here pic related. Was hoping this county would flip but I forgot about the illegal voting here.

This. In the 90s Ross Perot crippled the Republicans allowing 2 Clinton terms. Ralph Nader tried doing the same to Bush but no one fell for it again.

Same here, and I'm in Commiefornia of all places.

Vlad, the bull moose party was the party formed by teddy roosevelt

Cucks

>people can get fired for that
I am literally unfireable and incapable of being held responsible for my words and actions
t. Brown guy

>Learning to pick your battles

You can't post jokes like this with our flag, m8. People just think you're being serious

What does the mean exactly? Genuinely asking. Like, how radically different would that be from our system?

Also, please make Dinko Valev president for life in Bulgaria.

>ur colleague :"Haha! le corrupt cheetoh faced man pretending to be potus is going to be impeached today. Did you see on CNN, he gave Russia all the national secrets. He is worst humon the world has ever seen. Haha! I hate him"

>You: ...heh heh.. ye same.. what an ass
>*internal monologue* 'pick ur battels'

Trump basically IS the third party candidate. Even the Republican establishment was savagely attacking him to the very end. Even to this day, they still take swipes.

I'm not even the only "Nazi guy" where I work. I'm the Nazi guy in my circle of friends, but there are at least 3 more that I work with.

Well, it's gonna be a process. I don't think you'll suddenly go from 2 to like 5 relevant parties. So yeah, the democratic party might win, but you can survive that, as you have many time. From the outside, it doesn't seem to make THAT much of a difference whether a democrat or republican is president. Just having a third party get a significant number of votes would be a huge win, and could pave the way for the elections after that. Also, the green party could split the democratic vote just like the libertarian party could split the republican vote.

How hard is it to start a political party in the US? I mean actually starting the party and competing in presidential elections, not gaining traction as I can see how hard that is from watching CNN and their complete disregard of third parties. But I get the impression that Americans are far from satisfied with either party, if only from the fact only about half of your eligable population votes. We were at about 85% in march when we had elections. The results did kind of turn out to be a very scattered clusterfuck making it hard to form a majority government, but they'll get it done eventually.

Much rather be a bitch than survive on gibs after getting canned over it.

Same thing happens at my wife's work, she is a teacher. Colleagues openly talking shit about trump voters calling them mongoloids. And we are in a conservative state, just happen to be in a liberal oasis (mayor is a fruitcake elected because his brother owns the city's main construction firm).

your father must be proud

The Green Party will never be taken seriously. The only thing that saved us this time was all the pissed off bernie bros who turned on the Dems. The socialists might be a good balance for the libertarians. Hopefully Bernie will run again

Whut

Me.
Management seminar today at work.
Speaker: "Diversity is grand, how diverse is your org"
Me to speaker: "You need double bypass tomorrow, do you want the most diverse surgical team, or the best team, with a proven record of success and with the right skills to maximize your survival?" Deer in headlights look. I continue, "We do ___ science here, and while diversity of ideas and the ability to view problems from different perspectives may be beneficial, diversity for the sake of diversity is a penalty we can't afford and one that can cost human lives."

happens all the time at work with me. I am good at acting along that drump is an idiot and that I didn't vote for him.

Makes me so hjappy internally to know I DID vote for him

You openly state all your racist beliefs?

>DC

Do you plan on staying? Nothing against DC in general, but being in DC just feels creepy and weird. You can taste the corruption in the air.

>last time I was there with my wife for 2 days our phones kept randomly doing network resets

Well it can be surprising the kind of shit people take seriously. We have a relatively new party literally called the "party for animals" and they actually get a few seats in parliament. We have these sort of tests you can take where you fill out about 40 questions and it tells you which party is closest to your beliefs. A lot of people (well, at least some I know) just vote for whichever party is closest. How hard is it to start a party though? If it's at all feasible to start one, I wouldn't consider it to be a very wild leap of imagination that one could pop up and gain a huge grassroot following, given the dissatisfaction with the current parties. MSM is fighting a losing battle with the internet.

>

>meanwhile, this faggot actually watches someone stand up for Trump in public.
>gets verbally/physically abused by everyone

Then, after all his tough talk online about how people who don't stand for their beliefs are pussies:
>"heh... t-t-that's bad... I better go make sure I didn't leave my car lights on."

Also, the only reason Bernie wasn't on the ballot was because he ran as a democrat, and got snuffed out by his own party. He wasn't even really a democrat, ideogically. If he made it past the primaries he might have won. I think even if he ran as an independent or whatever after losing the primary he might have stood a chance or at least paved the way for third parties next time around. A lot of people seemed to be aware that he lost unfairly, it was blatanly obvious from watching CNN calling Clinton the presumptive nominee long before the primary elections and while it was still highly contested. A lot of people voted for Clinton (and Trump for that matter) reluctantly. They should have been able to vote for Sanders.

I've lived here all my life. It's the only place I would call home

One more little thing to add: once dissatisfaction with both democrats or republicans becomes high enough, it will probably either be civil war, or the rise of third parties. Revolution by the gun or by the ballot. You guys have a democratic system in place, it's mostly the media holding you back. Therefore you don't need a revolution by the gun, because it can technically be done through the ballot.

That's true, but it pissed off a lot of people who didn't get to vote for the traditional republican party. Trump should have been a seperate choice. As should Bernie. The two current dominant parties would lose horribly if they were faced with a formidable third party opponent, because they are corrupted to the core and this knowledge is widespread. Once a third party gains traction, I think there would be no stopping it as they wouldn't have the deeply ingrained association with corruption of democrats and republicans.

Both republicans and democrats have a horrible historic track record of subversion, corruption and other jewry, and pretty much everyone knows this. The reason America has been succesful is in spite of these two parties, not because of them. The very powerful American spirit of liberty and justice have saved you so far, and you have the goodness of your average citizen to thank for your current position as a superpower. If your entire country consisted of the likes of those in power, you would have long been attacked by a large coalition of foreign countries. The strength of your values is so powerful that thus far, even all the corruption of your government hasn't entirely destroyed your standing in the world. But the trend is a downward one, and you probably need some drastic domestic political changes to reverse that.

I live just outside DC. Directly across the street from my apartment is a house full of niggers with a pride flag and Vote Hillary banner.

I hate my neighborhood.

> mfw start at a firm in dc and one of the partners sits me down and tells me about how dc is gonna get nuked so he has to move, and he is going to kill filthy liberals in the oncoming civil war. 1000% Trump power, yelling about immigrants with his door open and immigrants sitting in secretary cubes just outside

...

I've been in this situation a few times, I just flat out say that I supported him during his campaign and I voted for him. No one has ever said anything back to me, because I'm Chad.
