It seems like the story is Google has secret data centers and has developed a way to instantly access information across all of these nodes, meaning they can collect, house and analyze data instantly across a worldwide network with constant inputs from user devices.
Is that basically right? Why are we interested in ripples on the sea floor in locations we suspect these data centers exist?
