there is a 100% chance impeachment will proceed against Trump.

a sealed indictment was issued to Trump directly by the Justice department the day before he left on his trip, ostensibly for the purposes of making sure he doesn't leak any more secrets to the Russians while he's gone. because he is not subject to arrest but only Impeachment, the indictment's main purpose was to inform him the the cannot use his powers of Presidential pardon against any of the others named in the indictment (Flynn, Manafort, Page, etc.). you will hear the first calls to impeach from Congress on Monday, specifically the Senate Judiciary Committee that heard Yates' testimony.

the GOP is being indicted en masse is a huge conspiracy to launder money that was Russian through offshore accounts. Ryan and Pence are both named in this indictment. the GOP will vote to impeach Trump because they, themselves have had many members indicted last week and the ones who weren't named would be committing political suicide if they don't impeach Trump.

it's unknown whether or not Comey will testify in open or secret proceedings, he wants open hearings and I agree. he feels the evidence is so damning that the people need to know, even though it's currently and properly classified.

after receiving his indictment, Trump texted Flynn saying "stay strong", which has been interpreted as threatening a witness. he's going down for treason, money laundering on a massive scale, and obstruction of justice.

100% chance.

Almost thought this was real.

wow 5 days in and they still haven't realized its literall fucking nothing

Realistically though, what would happen to American politics if it were found that a large number of top Republicans (President, VP, Ryan, others etc) were all indicted for Russia/other foreign conspiracy? AFAIK there's nothing in your constitution for an entire governing party being declared traitors, is there? Civil war? Do Dems just make a coup?

>UPDATE: This story has been updated to reflect White House comment.
>The White House originally did not comment for this story. After publication, a White House official said "it's not true" that White House lawyers are researching impeachment procedures.

Serious question - why would they need Russian money if they control the US government?

Just from an indictment, nothing. Dems are just feeding red meat to their own base, they can take this as far as they want up to full impeachments and trials but they know there's nothing really there.
As to the hypothetical, no, you can't prosecute an entire party. Individuals would be prosecuted for the crimes they individually committed. An entire party or its upper echelons being identified as part of a large scale conspiracy would likely cause the end of that party, but wouldn't change the ideology of its partisans or the interests of its donors. One party falls and another takes its place.

>Asking why Jews want more money and power than they already have

Why is water wet, user?

Can you imagine having to serve Trump? He had the power to get away with murder before he was even president. Fuck that.

Because according to them there's no such thing as voter fraud, so it must have been those Onion articles floating around facebook that cost Hillary her turn.

There is 0 evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia. Trump did not do anything wrong and there is nothing the MSM or the Democrats have that can prove otherwise even with the special prosecutor.

The bigger issue here is that Trump can't control what comes out of his mouth.

Here's all that happened:

Trump fired Comey because Comey is a pissant. Everyone since the Bush era has hated him because he's an incompetent fuck.

Trump said he fired Comey over some bullshit letter.

Trump then went back on his letter comment and admitted he fired Comey over the Russia investigation.

The man shot himself in the foot on this one because he can't keep his giant orange mouth closed. End of story.

There's a fourth in line to the thrown actually.

The information comes from Claude Taylor and Louise Mensch. Two investigative journalists that broke the stories of the grand juries like 1-2 months before the MSM and then broke the news of the subpoenas on Flynn a week before the MSM. So it's confirmed they've got inside sources because they are the first to report some very obscure events. They're now both reporting there are some 70 sealed indictments in NY and its growing. They're also reporting the fourth in line to the throne (forgot his name) is getting daily briefings for his future role as president.

You've got it backwards. The IC is drip feeding leaks to the MSM as the investigation progresses in order for people to catch up to what's going on. It's so that when time comes to strike the public will be aware of the situation and it won't come as a total surprise to anyone. Just last week every dingus in here was claiming there was no Russia investigation, do you not remember this? This board is living in delusions.

The whole party won't get prosecuted. Just the ones that enabled Trump-Russia connections.

Trump's lawyers admitted to income from Russia totaling around $100m since 2008. Most of it comes from a sale of an apartment to a Russian billionaire who paid twice its market value. We don't know if it's money laundering or a way for Russia to make a payment to Trump, we're only going off circumstantial evidence from what Trump's lawyers have admitted to. It's not about the GOP needing money, the links are to do with money laundering. One of the GOP donation centres was raided by FBI last week

>there is zero evidence!!!111!!!11

not this meme again. The hard evidence is going to remain classified as part of the investigation. The IC has been dripping information to the MSM to work off which is why they're constantly referring to unnamed sources.

>Just last week every dingus in here was claiming there was no Russia investigation, do you not remember this?
There is an investigation, just no actual accusations of substance. Just a lot of shit like:
>Just the ones that enabled Trump-Russia connections.
To speak to a Russian, even in a presidential campaign, or as an incoming administration, or as a sitting administration, is not a crime. After spending a year hyping up how Trump was going to holocaust all the Mexicans now the democrats are building up a furor against the bogeyman of the last century, now on racial rather than ideological terms.

>There is 0 evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia. Trump did not do anything wrong and there is nothing the MSM or the Democrats have that can prove otherwise even with the special prosecutor.

>What is Paul Manafort
>What is Flynn
>What is Sessions

Directly there is no evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia; it's not like we have phone calls of Trump and Putin planning some secret agenda. But there are legitimate links between members of Trump's campaign and Presidential team that have undeniable, objective ties to Russia business and government interests. These people are actively under investigation, or have had to recuse themselves from said investigations because of their connections. It is not far off to think that, if multiple people are all on the Trump team, and if they are discovered to have had collusion with Russia, Trump will be implicated in it somehow, as he's the boss.

You even said yourself that Trump admitted firing Comey over the Russian investigation. Even if Trump had nothing to do with Russia, if the results of that investigation conclude that there was collusion, Trump will follow behind on obstruction of justice charges.

Voting for Trump was possibly the biggest mistake of my life. Probably the worst president we've had in 500 years. We need to get him impeached and lock up his most fervent supporters. The country is headed for dangerous territory if we don't stop the bigotry and hate from the top down.

>But there are legitimate links between members of Trump's campaign and Presidential team that have undeniable, objective ties to Russia business and government interests.
Which is not a crime or illicit in and of itself in any way.
>if they are discovered to have had collusion with Russia
To commit collusion they would have had to collaborated on a crime. What would that have been?

fake news meme here

>The hard evidence is going to remain classified as part of the investigation
Just like Yaweh!

Nice trips, but it's a simple distraction from the obvious: either Liberals were too stupid to realize Russia was a threat when in 2012 they pushed "Romney not Ready" (due to Romney consistently stating Russia was a global threat); OR they knew Russia was a threat, but only use it as a ploy.

Also, just because a hacker or even a server is based in Russia, isn't evidence of Russian collusion. Additionally, even a retard would know Russia would stand to gain a lot from a chaos candidate who talked about bettering the relationship than a shrill mentally unfit war hawk

You figure it out

If Russia knew, in 2008, that Trump would run for president in 2015, beat the entire republican field, then go on to win the presidential election in 2016 in a race that appeared to be over in August and thus decided to bribe him with a retarded land sale giving him money he didnt need to obtain influence they honestly deserve to run this country because they have more foresight than any mother fucker in DC.

Fuck off Shill

>To commit collusion they would have had to collaborated on a crime. What would that have been?
Are you being facetious, or do you genuinely not know what Trump and his team have been accused of in the past year?

Old and tired

No shit? It's a lawyer's job to research whatever they believe they may have to face. With the Dems rashly spouting for impeachment, it's only sensible they do this to make sure they know the laws and how they can interpret it to save the president.

Louise, you take to many Adderalls today?

Actually yes they did commit crimes because they were supposed to report their previous dealings with Russian officials on their paperwork for becoming WH officials, they lied on their applications. The officials in the Trump administration met with Russian officials on 18 known occasions without reporting it. Kushner, Flynn and a few others failed to report dealings with Russians and Flynn also failed to report dealings with Turkey, It's also a crime to try to set up back channels out of site of the IC, which the Trump administration also tried to do through Betty's (education minister) brother Eric who is the owner of the security organisation Blackwater

Poor lil' drumpfy

oh sweetie

Slide thread or whatever you call it.
Let's talk about the weather instead. It has more to do with reality than this bullshit.
48 degrees Northern Arizona.

>do you genuinely not know what Trump and his team have been accused of in the past year?
According to the news, he's been accused of "ties to Russia" revolving around Russians favoring him over Hillary, and Russian interference in our election which seems to amount to paid trolling of comment sections somewhere. These led to calls for an investigation because "we still don't know" the extent of these ties. Now tell me, what crime has Trump been directly accused of committing in collusion with Russia?
>Old and tired
That's because it's been true for almost 40 years now.

>Louise "Hard Drugs Messed Up My Brain" Mensch

tight tight tight

NOTHING REALLY MATTERS

>they lied on their applications.
I didn't realize Trump filled out their applications for them.

The fuck are those brick devices? You'd think the Jews would be using better technology.

Seriously? Must be human, bots aren't that fucking stupid

Nice full house get, KEK confirms incoming impeachment.

Ask yourself would you really want it any other way? Do you not long for the second American Civil war?

You don't get it
If Trump stays, the left stays mad 24/7
If Trump falls, we get President Pence
either way, it's going to be comfy
I'll sit here and watch as both of our countries fall apart

...

>the GOP is being indicted en masse is a huge conspiracy
So would now be a good time to point out to all you "antifascists" that this is literally how Hitler seized power?

...

>constant leaks of classified information to try to hurt Trump, but somehow all the good stuff never gets out

Sure.

...

>idiots keep shouting impeachment despite not knowing how it works
trump lawyers look up the exact wording so they can say "fuck you morons, it says right here what impeachment is"
>idiots shout "they looked it up, he's guilty"

>but but niggers

come on dude we all these facts but that has nothing to do with trump

are you 9?

This.

Can someone explain to me what he's being accused of
