I've just gotten off the phone with a friend in the Syrian military. Crazy guy told can't wait and that Syria has been holding back for half a decade for this moment.
NATO wants to swap Turkey for Jordan, and steal half of Syria's land then link the T*rds up to the Mediterranean via Jordan and Israel.
The good news is if this happens then a pipeline from Syria/Iraq to Israel, linking up all of the oil in the middle east becomes possible, and it would be the end of Russia. That's why the Russians will not let the Syrians fight on their own, the Russians are going to deploy their army directly when Assad makes the request to Putin.
They're probably already prepared to deploy. Shit is going to get crazy.

This pipeline will bypass the Hormuz entirely and will undercut Russian gas, fully imposing a siege on the Russian economy. Of course all of the oil will be sold in USD.
