They're forming a new party, which should be fine. And yeah, they'll probably have to give up the uniforms for public meetings and events. I can't imagine they'd be let away with marching in uniform - perhaps an armband or badge of affiliation would be acceptable.
Even if NBU are a failure, their membership could fracture and create a new fascist movement.
