I would say on average perhaps a mix with black women and white men would be intellectually weaker though, because women often do have a bigger influence on the intellectual prowess of their children than men. That difference is not significant, but it does exist on average. But regardless, even including outliers, regardless of the mix gender-wise, the mixed child will be intellectually weaker than his or her white parent in the vast majority of cases.
