Take or leave my unbiased opinion, but Polish people are really industrious and they do quite well in school, I saw a graph that put them at #2 in math and science just below Finland. Their country got shafted in WW2 and during the Russian occupation, but they have the resources to come back. Also, the EU invests heavily in industry and production here, and new factories are popping up like mushrooms after rain (jak grzyby po deszczu).

Even if those were the only investments, which is not true, parks are soft factors for job attractivity and fancy schools might increase education by a margin. Also parks are most likely renovated by locals, creating jobs. Where the whiteboards come from depends on legislature, but if they're bought nationally then they also stimulate the economy. It's nigh impossible to invest several billions without affecting the economy

I've heard that fairy tail in the early '90. And yet we are where we are. Though, we were growing on exellent rate for the last 27 years, better than most of countries in our region with simillar history. But soon due to lack of reforms and disastrous population growth we will hit a wall and stop our chase. Maybe not, but everything seems to sugest that. Also, 2 million is only the number of work permits issued so far. In Poland there are only about 600k permament Ukrainian immigrants.

I don't know if 5 mil Ukrainians could be a problem in Polnad. I don't think so but obviously no one knows the future. They do asimilate really well cause they don't have to change much in their lifeview to be like us (very simillar culture). But that's not the point.
