Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.

What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

But surely, no capitalist would ever agree to the complete abolition of unemployment, to the abolition of the reserve army of unemployed, the purpose of which is to bring pressure on the labour market, to ensure a supply of cheap labour. Here you have one of the rents in the "planned economy" of bourgeois society.

But the implication that his system had no "anarchy in production" or "minimum losses" or no "crisis" or whatever is B.S.

Usually anyone somewhat clever can see some flaws in a society. Or even in a factory.

But Stalin -while clever- surely wasn't the genius that built it all back up better after tearing it all down.
