Like long ago when Seth was first killed we thought he was on his way to see the FBI. Maybe he was scheduled to meet some agents early in the AM as to not draw suspicion. Turns out the agents kill shoot him and leave him to bleed out. Then "lose" the guns they used to shoot him. He then gets taken to the hospital where they have to kill him because the strong fucker wouldn't die.

Seth Rich was murdered in DC, and one of the hospitals he could have been taken too includes Bonnie Levin, who is currently VP of pharmacy for Medstar.
Bonnie Levin was CC'd in that really fucked up wikileaks email about bringing kids to the pool party for entertainment. The same email chain that John Podesta was included in on.
