How come sometimes he has decent speeches like this one and the "drive them out" speech, but other times he sounds like a elementary student like the "evil losers" speech?
Because some speeches are written for him way in advance by professional speechwriters, who can craft beautiful, powerful works of art.
And some of his speeches are written by him, or impromptu or he is only provided with the keypoints, because of lack of time to prepare.
The first ones are like his unification speech before congress and the speech in Saudi Arabia.
The latter his "evil loser" and the ones where he uses "tremendous" a lot.
Trump just isn't a good speaker.
