The international financiers would be significantly set back by freeing the currency system and implementing an actual standard for money to prevent over-printing and inflation. Economic and economical are not synonyms.
Perhaps your observation is true for left-libertarians (georgists, hippie, ancoms, etc.), but the ancap, the minarchist, and any other variety of right-wing libertarian most certainly do not reject the existence of collectives. Hans Hermann Hoppe, the most prominent libertarian thinker alive today, stresses that the ideal libertarian social order would be a patchwork of small covenants who would decide their own laws and ways of life.
I don't desire that social order myself; I'm a minarchist, so I don't think total anarchy would be ideal, but I certainly agree with him that there should be voluntary micro-collectives in place of super-centralized socialist republics.
Taxation is the price we pay for inferior people to exist. Make of it what you will - they're the reason a central, coercive authority is placed upon the people.

This is true. But, while your intent is clear, the method isn't: you simple cannot force responsibility onto other people. There cannot be legislature that says responsibility is required by law. Instead, what must be done is simple and uses your aforementioned disorder productively: degenerates are left to their own private property, while you keep to your own, upholding ultra-conservative laws within your realm. The irresponsible degenerates, starved of welfare, will crash their own property because degeneracy is still degeneracy and one of two will happen:
1. Some people will decide to give up being a degenerate and go back to civilized private societies where degeneracy is banned
2. Some degenerates will riot and use violence, in which case violence is rightfully justified in return and they can be killed freely without guilt
The system cleans and filters itself much more efficiently than if you try and force responsibility on degenerates directly. They have to learn the error of their ways, and if they don't learn, you must let them suffer the full consequences of their degeneracy without mercy.
