The death of Gaddafi was the worst thing to happen to Libya, as well as to Europe. The destabilisation of Libya is what has allowed the troubles in the Middle East to spill onto the shores of our countries. Libya has become the conduit from Africa and the Mid East into Europe. Nothing in the past 10 years has had more catastrophic consequences than the removal of Gaddafi from power.
But with that said, will you people please stop with the fucking exaggerations of how Libya under Gaddafi was some kind of heaven on Earth. It was a shithole, like every other socialist shithole ever created. Its only accolade was as the best country in Africa, which is hardly a fucking achievement. Stop lionising Gaddafi to this ridiculous extent, and recognise that he was just a necessary evil for the good of his backwards and primitive people, as well as for Europe.

Did you know that when a President finishes his term in USA, he basically has a free ride to love as luxuriously as he wants and the government pays? Obama leased that $20 million house with taxpayer money. American Presidents can unironically spend a $1 million a day for the rest of the lives and no one here will bat an eye. But when a leader like Gaddafi does that, "oh no hes a tyrannical terrorist! oy vey he must be destroyed!"
