Police have arrested a 29-year-old city employee and president of a Manhattan Democratic club for possessing kiddie porn, officials said Friday. Jacob Schwartz surrendered to authorities on Thursday to face charges of possession of a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child. Schwartz is the president of the Manhattan Young Democrats and works for the city Department of Design and Construction, where he heads the agency’s “Build It Back” Hurricane Sandy recovery and resiliency program, according to his online biography. Detectives from the NYPD Computer Crimes division began investigating Schwartz about two months ago, officials said. In late March, Schwartz surrendered his laptop, where authorities found more than 3,000 images and 89 videos depicting young girls as young as 6 months old performing sex acts on adult men. The oldest girl in the images and videos was 16, officials said. The Greenwich Village native is also the founder and executive director of climate education nonprofit Common Climate. The young political operative helped found the New Democratic Alliance and worked for the Obama presidential campaign in 2012 as a field organizer in Lehigh Valley. Schwartz was ordered held on $7,500 bail Thursday.

That's besides the point, the fact is, when the prosecutors and jury look at this evidence plus that cp evidence they will likely see correlations between what type of cp he held and what type of thing she he was into, then they can build a timeline of his cp endeavours and it may or may not help them in their investigation.
