They mass invaded Germany in the 1920s from Eastern Europe. Since it was hard to find simple chore work in an industrialized country, many of them turned to crime. Those that had come earlier were disproportionally overrepresented in legal jobs, prostitution, pornography and the press. Two out of three lawyers were jewish when their quota in the population was less than 2%. Most of them also didn't integrate and alienated people.
In short, a dark foreign people had infested Germany and it was high time to get rid of them in the 1930s. And obviously the common people thought so too, or they hadn't democratically elected Hitler twice.

Germany was in a bad economic crisis after wwi and during that time the position of "court Jew" existed for finances since things like accounting was prohibited for Christians because it was seen as a form of gambling and was immoral according to the bible which Jews were not bound...so it makes sense, I guess, that he blamed the Jews lol
