Not sure breh, I think most people stick to the culture of their parents/grandparents because it's so fkn boring here. There's the classic Canadians and everything as well as plenty of native stuff. I think there's a problem with people being so occupied and trying to survive financially that they don't have time to delve into that type of stuff. It's almost frivolous to be able to indulge in culture. Ex. Right off the bat we invented 2-3 sports that our unique, hockey, basketball, lacrosse, all three loved and played internationally. A huge part of our culture is also cottage life/boating/fishing/hunting idk what you exactly call that but it's culture, most people up north live that culture, there houses look the same, their style is the same its a culture.
There are lots of people in Canada who have been to more places outside of Canada than to places within canada and it's usually these goofs who claim canada has no culture.

I really have started to appreciate living in an all white town. There's trust. Little crime. Everyone is friendly. It's quiet, slow, laidback.
