Now there's a few possible explanations:
1) He had a heart attack or a stroke IMMEDIATELY AFTER typing "V"
2) He got distracted after typing "V", maybe someone came in to talk to him, and while he was paying attention to the person he sort of did an idle movement with his left hand, as in some sort of nervous tick
3) F-E-F-E was a deliberate keystroke and he's trying to send us a message.
My money is on 3. We just need to find out what he meant.
