I you have your period while working an event like this, and you believe that your normal breaks won't suffice you should tell your manager ahead of time. They might allow you a few extra quick bathroom breaks or have you stay home, not on the grounds that you have your period, but that you can't measure up to the requirements of the job (ie standing for 4 hours at a time without a bathroom break).
