Syndicalism would imply what could be construed as a domination of modern guilds which is what Mussolini wanted (the word 'corporatism' at the time he was around meant guilds don't fall for the /leftyshit/ meme where they compare old times wordings with new times concepts) for some part.
I don't know if you're a follower of Marxist thought but perhaps the revolutionary alternative of Fascism might be worth looking into.
