Stalin was never in favour of Lenin and wise-versa, the "marxist-leninist" narrative was kept after Stalin came in power just to ensure his position and not to look like a "betrayer of the Revolution". Marxist-Leninist princinples are not generally shit, but they were barely applicable in the situation present at the time, so deviating from them would be a good idea. I highly doubt that Lenin would consider Stalin's Russia anywhere close to his vision, but again I consider Lenin to be a retard when it came to actual politics and economics, so who knows.

The stock market doesn't exist because it's just a tool for power brokers of all (((varieties))) to bet on the economy and the economic health of the nation. However if you worked hard you could become a boss in the sense that you would have more control over the day to day operations of an industry and would own 49% of it's shares under a larger guild system.
