This one was decent

Probably the last "glorious" battle.
No glory during the Iran Iraq war?
ayyy i used to live across the river from Long Tan, in Cat Lai. beautiful neighborhood nowadays. favorite place for weekend bike rides
Not much. The war was a long stalement. No signficant advances were made.
What does the battlefield look like now? Any scars?
Were you an American living in Vietnam? I've always been curious about living in that part of the world, I had Thailand in mind but never know.
Don't post in these threads you faggot. Now we're just gonna be bombarded by emu screenshots

Strapped into a chair you will never alive is a situation II still cannot justify.
Also emu war
Aussies were known as HARD AS FUCK in the second indochina war. You could drop them off in the jungle and they would come back with 100 VC lower receivers.
So? The best insult people have against Aussies is bringing up the emu war, a thing 2 of us heard of before Sup Forums.
Murika BattleBurgerHill, Hocheesemins trail Bammanamma
Berkeley 2017
The whole planes on the deck story was debunked, by the japs themselves no less.
Midway was a phenomenal screw up by the nips, who could not get their CAP airborne due to shitty decisions. The us did get a bit of luck with their lost squadron tho
Midway, Battle of the Bulge, and The Battle off Samar are some of the finest moments in US military history.
Against all odds Americans went into battle, held strong, and came out victorious.
I recently watched a doco on Leyte Gulf. Evans and his crew had balls of steel.
This was a good one
Kargil was a good fight.
Bloodriver - 450 men against 15000-21000 Zulus. 3000 plus Zulu's dead. 3 Voortrekkers lightly wounded. Boer war - Gave Britain a beating. Border war - Beaten combined Cuban and Russian forces. Cuito Cuanaval battle alone losses on Cuban, Russian side 94 tanks, 100 troop carriers, 389 logistic vehicles, 4785 soldiers. South Africa 3 tanks, 5 troop carriers, 1 logistic vehicle and 31 troops
Russo-Japanese War in 1904-05. Japan defeated Russia.
It's the biggest sea battle before WW2.

Japan cannot into ground
Here is one where we took a bitter defeat, from our most hated enemy.
Kikes couldn't sink her though.

If only we weren't such huge cucks these days.
I'm Vietnamese, so I'll give you a quick rundown on Vietnam. Humid as hell, you'll probably get infected by a horrible jungle disease if you visit(Almost lost my brother when we visited last time), the people that are horrifically mutated from agent orange and live in orphanages due to parents abandoning them. Also, if you're Chinese, don't let anyone know or the will hate you.
Overall, it's a pretty nice place, and you eat some interesting food.
>you'll probably get infected by a horrible jungle disease if you visit

Kek, how could the Pakis fuck up this much? Were their Tanks out of Poo?

When we BTFOd the numerically superior luftwaffe drones in 1940 and stopped the eternal kraut from winning the war.
Siege of tobruk, Milne bay, el alemain. Australia also had a massive contribution to victories on the western front despite only being roughly 5% of the allied force.
Battle of Hastings
The moment we made England our colony
We sunk the flagship of the German invasion fleet and proceeded to hold their forces off for half a year, longer than any other country occupied by the Nazis in WW2, with nothing but skis and 1800s-era guns.
I Dont see a little french flag in the corner of ours
I'd argue Brits had a major advantage since they were fighting on their home turf. Jerries had to worry about having enough fuel to reach combat, survive and fly back with the same amount of fuel thye took off with. Needless to say Brits did put up a spectacular fight, 8% achieving Ace status is pretty impressive.
Anyways, Battle of Grunwald is really the few things we have to brag about. Battle of the Blue Waters and Battle of Saule are okay, too.
Battle of duna
7k swedes vs 20k russians
Swedish loses 200
Shame we spent the rest of the millenium cucking you to shit, by controlling Northern France, and culminating in the battle of waterloo
>I'd argue Brits had a major advantage
I think we acknowledge this, also our radar tech was way ahead
Yeah British radar tech was no joke, didn't you guys have the Gloster Meteor, which was nearly identical to the Nazi jet in terms of performance, too?
The hole war was one sided swedish victory after victory, but russia used scorched earth tactics. And att poltava our king was not abel to lead the Battle so his incompetent generals tock over.
We where also out numerd but we where so cloesd att wining that peter the great fled the field of battle.
The battle of Koege Bugt
Slaget vid lund skulle jag säga
Most important? Stalingrad? You have a wierd Way of spelling Britain
It was faster but came too late to have any impact

No but, I guess the battles during the thirty years wars was the most impressive.
The reason we basically crushed our enemies while being outnumbered in 95% of every battle. Was because we used extremely aggressive tactics and relied heavily on hand-to-hand close combat. Which is pretty fucking alpha.
I thought the Swedes were allied with Turks during the Great Northern War, what happened?
I don't think any Battle will ever beat Midway in US history just based around all the circumstances and importance of that battle. I wish I could travel in time and watch it just a bunch of giant ships no where near each other fighting each other in a decisive battle was a pretty big deal and unheard of back in the day.

The swedish king didn't want to leave because he liked it there and was afraid to confront the swedish citizens back home.
So he overstayed and the Ottomans got angry.

Siege of Jerusalem
Battle for Cronulla
this was our finest hour
We really only have the Cod Wars
en.wikipedia.org
Fought for territorial water against England that was coming and fishing in our waters so we weren't having anything of that.
Are you talking about the war between the french Houses of Plantagenet and of Valois? The war that the French kingdom won?
cartagena de indias is all right, not a great battle in terms of proportions but in terms of kicking ass, one of the best of all history
The only thing that "saved" russia was it's shitty weather
...
Battle of narvik.
Northmen held germans at bay for 3 months compared to southcucks that didnt even hold for a day.
Rumor is my grandpa was there, fucked off to sweden when they pulled out.
