Is there really anything bad about nepotism?

Is there really anything bad about nepotism?
Shouldnt we hire from within our own group people who we know are qualified rather than expect our kids to piss away 100k and 4 years on credentials from University?

The problem with this is that you assume people will hire their kids only because they know they're qualified, as opposed to the slough of people who will hire their kids solely because they're their kids.

No
Like nationalism Jews are against for everybody but themselves

as long as they served their time in basic training we coo

Your logic is so fucking insanely retarded.

People go to college because you can't just become a surgeon because your dad is a surgeon, dumbfuck. You have to learn how to perform surgery which takes years of education to learn, not just a dime connection.

I'm not just saying this, you are so fucking inferior, PLEASE DO NOT REPRODUCE,

YOU ARE A SUBHUMAN RETARD, NOT EXAGGERATING!!!

Well if they want to hire incompetent people to work at their business then thats their problem when it fails

If it's a family business and not a Corp. NO!!

>a surgeon because your dad is a surgeon
One thing you cant learn on the job
Do you need to go to college to be an accountant?

Even if its a corp what is wrong with a manager higher someone he knows as long as its his ass on the line if it turn out bad

From an idealized standpoint of course it's bad, American values should be about meritocracy. That said such values are ignored, and you have a situation where if you ignore them yourself you shoot yourself in the foot. (((They))) are playing with their gloves off so I dont see much of a choice.

You act like the process of become a surgeon wouldn't be riddled with artificial obstacles/opportunities for someone based on nepotism, such as getting into a good college/medical school thanks to family connections.

nepotism is kinda like an arranged marriage. yeah you can get a job with your parents/relatives, but it may not be the one that you really want.

there's no objective potential that can be discerned from a job candidate as far as future perfomance goes aside from familiarity (work experience/longevity) and IQ. family connections are another reliable way to gain and keep employees as well as give them proper training, and they help promote long-term multigenerational wealth that is essential to cultural and economic stability

>American values should be about meritocracy.
People always hired family members
antinepotism is a modern idea

You company? Fine. Your country? Fuck off.

Nope.
Jews are trying to build a world where only they are allowed to show in-group loyalties while attacking literally everyone else who did it before them.

What about the employee who loses his job because some guy employed his fuckwit son as manager?

>nationalism bad
stay third world faggot

Thats life
You dont have the right to a job

It's a bit hypocritical when the company shoves "Integrity is our core value. Do the right thing. etc." down your throat constantly whilst the District Manager arranges for his son to be your next supervisor straight out of community college.

What?

Nothing wrong with hiring someone you know can do the job even if he doesnt have (((qualifications))) again if he is incompetent then whoever hired him should also be fired

Yes, otherwise you won't know all the laws. If you are not a certified accountant it would be your employers fault if you fail to follow the complex laws.

Jews practice nepotism
They also have their own ethnostate

It happens all the time. At worst the friend doing the
Hiring loses credibility

Then it was a poor idea to make his fuckwit son a manager and the company takes loses.
Cause, effect. You need to come to the understanding that we live in a free enterprise society, if he wants to hire his son he has a right to do that. Even if it's a terrible idea to do so. It's his business to see how he runs fit.

You would still need to take the cpa exam

>implying managers do anything other than maintain the status quo...
It's kinda hard to fuck up a job that only entales making sure other people do their jobs.

Nepotism is a very successful strategy , its time that whites finally started using it again. Look at the jews , theyre totally killing it right now thanks to nepotism
