I need your help to turn my fucking pussy ass loser life around. I'm 24 years old and don't want to end up like the black pilled faggots I've been seeing more frequently on this board. I recently got a job offer, for an entry level position that will pay me a decent amount of money, in the insurance industry, with room to move up and make awesome cash. I have an awesome white 9/10 gf, just because I'm awesome with talking to girls, and if it weren't for my weight I'd be extremely good looking.

I am seriously underweight, with an extremely high metabolism, and have shit-tier dieting habits. I weigh roughly 116 lbs at 5'11". I'm ready to take the iron pill. I have lists of reading material, and I have some memes I've seen with basic dietary info for a healthier life style.

My question is this:

What do I need to do to gain weight, and become more enlightened so I can make changes not only to myself but also within my community. Anything from workout routines, to weight gain supplements, vitamins and minerals, as well as anything else you regard as essential to molding your mind, body, spirit, and life into something of envy?

I have no schooling debt, only medical and credit (roughly 2k, so practically nothing), an IQ of 156, and the opportunity to turn my shit around. I plan on going to school eventually, after I have my affairs in order.

Reading material, dieting info, online resources, weight gain supplements, anything that has helped you or someone you know that sounds physically similar to myself? I'm ready to bust ass, and take action. This is a serious thread. Anything will help.

Don't overthink this OP, you're extremely light for your height as you said. Just eat 3000+ calories per day (this may require a fair bit of 'junk' food if you have a low appetite) and lift.

Hey man I was like you, lightning metabolism, skinny shit and a sweet talker (which I attribute to my lack of physical exercise; I wasn't pressured in high school to be sporty/fit cause my shit talking got me where I needed on the social ladder). This fucked me over a few years after cause I lost the need to socialise with bluepilled fuckheads. Needed to pick up my stoic game. Diet was biggest thing for me man,, make sure if your ectomorph to push yourself when it comes to lifting., whether it be concentration curls whatever..also get into calisthenics. I do everything from home or at the park cause I find gyms gay as fuck. I also eat steak 5 times a week, go through a couple chickens and 3 eggs for breakfast + protein shake and Greek yogurt every day. Also take cold showers/cold swims after workouts and in the morning and go to church so when you start to see gains you humble yourself and don't become a narcissistic cunt. Godspeed my dude

ill give you advice. don't brag about IQ. maybe if you actually has achieved something real, people ask you and you have taken a real test (timed and by psychologist). Also workout every day. at minimum 3 times a week. even though it might feel like your body cant handle it. it will get used to it. If you want a muscle group to really grow you must hit it twice a week. so if you are doing 3 times a week you might only really increase your strength in one muscle group eks chest

Squats > lying leg extensions

deadlift, situps and leg raises

intake more calories than you burn and you will gain weight. whatever weight you gain in doing so, you will lose again if you go back to your present diet. so the key is finding a diet that you can sustain **all your life**, + you also need cardiovascular AND muscular regular exercise, the health benefits overtime are infinite, i.e. maintaining your fluid IQ as you age.

The above is science, the rest is bullshit. Never do miracle/temporary diets, they are all scams that can't last because people will go back to their habits when they achieve their goal, then find another diet, rinse and repeat. Not only do such diets not work, but you're also fucking up your body (permanently change your metabolism). So find a diet that has all the nutrients your body needs daily and that you can maintain all your life (it has to be something you enjoy, never force yourself to eat things you don't like).

another thing that's really good for you mental state too is hiking. go walk up some hills/mountains. you live in America so there should be some good shit not too far. Seems pointless but its exercise, gives you time away from stuff to think and you get to see awesome shit.

Hiking is actually one of the few things I do physically. Although I admit it's been a few months since I've gotten out. Spent 10 years in Colorado, and the last 4 in Oregon. Can't deny that it's nice to get away from civilization for a day. I just don't like to go alone. A lot of people go missing out here.

Former military officer here, so I've had to deal with the physical fitness maintenance of hundreds of 18-25 year old men. Don't fight too hard against your body type. Assuming you have an average (not too healthy, not disguising) diet already, you are likely naturally just have ectomorphic proportions. You can live in the weightroom, and get a big as you want with proper training, BUT in my experience, it's not sustainable much past 30 for MOST people, as the "lifestyle" loses its appeal over time.

There's a reason calisthenics, not weightlifting, and still central to military training. Great cardio capacity, and a good weight/strength ratio means that you can perform high stress physical activity for long durations, without requiring HUGE calorie surpluses to maintain body composition.

I would first start a calisthenics routine, with 2-3 days of weekly cardio--swimming might be a great choice depending on pool access. 8-could body builders are a great start to the morning. You will build more muscle than you might expect just on a pure bodyweight routine. Rock climb, practice hiking with weight, learn to shoot pistols, and scoped rifles at distance. Pay for some 1-on-1 boxing lessons if you've never learned the fundamentals. Read at least one book every 2 weeks. Alcohol is a waste of time and money.

Most importantly, spend the vast majority of your time and attention on mastering your job.
