There's no particular reason they wouldn't. The Klan is anti-minorities, anti-immigrant, anti-Catholic, antisemitic, very much similar-ish views. The KKK have never had any specific government leanings, they're not particularly authoritarian or libertarian, their focus is on maintaining WASPs at the top of America, any government views is based solely on individual members, not a KKK thing.
That said, the whole "foreigner" shit might not endear Nazis to them. They'd most likely want their own people at the top of the states, not some German invaders, even if they share views.

Overall, I kind of want to play the game. TNO and TOB were decent shooters, and I really enjoyed the setting and gunplay. The story got in the way of the gameplay a bit though, and it seems like they're going to continue with that trend in this game.
