This. Cutting out all the noises, all the petty little problems puts a lot into perspective. When i feel like the ceiling is coming down on me, when I can't think straight because i , I will go for a walk through the hills nearby. The moment I get out, all the chaos in my mind begins to sort itself out. I become calm, my thoughts become coherent again, impulses become cohesive sentences, and while walking i can more or less calmly think things through. It's like there is turmoil in mind and once i step outside, the chaos leaves my brain and i can rearrange things. Just wander around for an hour or so, allow your thoughts to race around and once that is done you can clearly cut out all that seems important but isn't and plan how to achieve or solve that which actually is.

This, get a routine.

Also try to think what would be something worth pursuing and start taking small steps towards it. For a lot of us this means making ourselves the best we can be and fight the globalist agenda. Be as articulate as you can, read books, lift, strive to find a meaningful intimate relationship and eventually have kids.
