I'm American. The funny thing is British emergency response to this has been amazing. Firefighters mobilized quickly and political leaders have done the best they possibly could in this awful situation. In America it would most likely be much more chaotic. From what I've seen the Brits are to be commended for how they handled this.
Yet even so muslims and various muds are looking to smash and destroy. No sense of society, no idea of actual justice. They are forming a mob. Are there requirements there? In the US I would expect the sprinkler not working to bankrupt the property owner in this situation. And likely end in actual jail.
