The problem with jim crow laws was not the segregation part, it was the fact that it was not "separate but equal". For example white schools were 100 times better than black schools, and then you got shit like the bus thing. You could of had one side of the bus for blacks and the other one for whites but, white ppl just could not even get racism right, that is what pissed black people off and now your daughter is getting fucked by Tyrone because you could not into segregation properly. Its not like blacks dont segregate themselves today, they have no issue with it, it was they being treated like 2nd class citizens then pissed them off
