Not an argument.

>implying selfishness is inherently wrong

Everybody is selfish, whether they accept it or not. Capitalism takes people's selfish needs and allows them to get it through a transaction; they give something to someone else to satisfy both of their needs.

why is the fp always the bp?

...

>wanting to keep the money i earned is selfish

>wanting to take money from others isn't selfish

really makes me think..

>You have too much
>I'm going to take what you have and give it to those with less (Me)
>This is in no way selfish.
Commies are by far the most selfish individuals imaginable.

>Hi I'm not selfish like those conservatives!
>Umm, yea of course I should be in charge of the revolution!

>mfw I realized humanity will never give up the fatal conceit meme.

Sure, it's just a statement. But is he wrong or right ?

>read the communist manifesto
>it's the perfect explanation for why i am morally justified to take the property of other people!

Greed is good

Vast swathes of capital, especially that of national currency, concentrated within the hands of one or a few individuals, given any country, will and has lead to vast shocks (read: speculation leading to depressions) in national economies that has brought billions of people to their knees, economically speaking of course. The notion "it's my money" is false from the get go, it's the money of the people of America, the "credit" you've probably heard referenced. Redistribution of wealth, at a mechanical level, is utterly necessary for a functioning society, unless you think you just don't need to pay workers or provide them the means to live a life beyond the walls of the workplace. Essentially, withholding money from its natural flow (i.e., offshoring to foreign tax havens) does, fundamentally, destroy the economy. You're greedy and wrong, thus the obvious negative connotations of the word.

Marx was definitely right about some things. The rich in capitalist societies are scourges to the common people and are basically glorified feudal nobles. The poor and common folk should always be given precedent over these leeches

But he doesn't take it for himself! He just takes it for personal gratification and to hand to his supporters

therefore moral

Depressions occur because the government gives banks money and they lend out money to people who won't pay it back. And the whole "witholding money from its natural flow" is solved via the removal of taxes. We wouldn't have foreign tax havens without taxes and protectionist trash.

>There are literally people sitting in a chair making a million dollars every hour
>"""Earned"""
The context of this quote is probably referring to the middle class vs the financially challenged, however this quote has absolutely no purpose being applied to the top 1% when it consists literally of Hollywood celebrities, heirs to million and billion dollar fortunes and empires, and morally bankrupt executives and corporate lapdogs.

You sound gay.150% gay.

Then you end up with Venezuela.
Socialism has never worked. Just an endless parade of collapses or countries going back to capitalism.

The poor are dumb as shit.

>"I'm so much of a brainlet I need to rely on others' interpretations of morality"
>That flag
Not surprising; there is no moral "justification" for selfishness because selfishness isn't immoral per se

>muh heirs

Kill yourself.

>implying there's literally anything wrong with the following
SELFISHNESS
RACISM
PROFIT
CUTURE
WISDOM
GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY PARTY YOU GODDAMNED COMMIE!

Venezuela's problem was that they straight up redistributed their wealth like subhuman retards instead of investing it into their country's infrastructure. Socialism has good elements but its failure arises from its "one-size fits all" approach and a lack of an understanding from its proponents

What is an economy if not its people, their drive, ambitions, successes and failures. Enjoy your non-existant safety standards, brutal if not soul-crushing sweatshops and grinding poverty level wages you advocate for, because at its core, you're simply exclaiming:
>Please, business overlords, fuck me with your self-determined worldview as well as most importantly your arbitrary notions of ethics and standards, I don't care about consistency, just whether or not it's regulated (which of course, it shouldn't be)

150% Not an argument. It must hurt knowing that's the best you can muster.

Venezuela was just practicing what it preached, socialism. It's one of the many failures of Marxism. It has literally never worked, at all.

Beat it Commie!!!

>haha conservatives are selfish
>now pay your taxes and gimme does gibs

>Venezuela was just practicing what it preached, socialism
I understand, my post could be reworded as "Venezuela's problem was too much Socialism"

>"A study says"

>Can't be assed to do a 2 second google search on the wealthiest families in the world and the history of their fortunes
Find a cliff and jump off. Your NEETshit basement bux will never buy you a life beyond Cheeto dust and mountain dew.

Why is it never selfishness when leftists practice it?

>keeping what you make and not giving it to deranged feral urban gorillas is selfishness

Well since this guy said so...

The modern liberal is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral philosophy; that is, the search for an excuse to be a tyrant.

Welcome to the dichotomy. Most Hollywood celebs, being the upstanding members of the Democratic Party and model liberals, live in gated communities miles away from the riffraff and peasantry. People indulge those celebrities for sharing their views even though they never actually come into play or practice. Note how I didn't say gated white communities, as once you hit a certain income, the only color that means anything is green by that point. There's whites and blacks and browns and all of that in these places. But guess what, all these people have brown maids and brown house cleaners making far below minimum wage. Bring that up to a liberal and watch them tap dance around making an actual response.
Anyway, liberals have 'memed' the idea into the public that the Republican party is the "selfish" party and of course the Democratic party represents the poor and uneducated, which everyone now knows to be bullshit. Not that either of them are actually any different at the top, but it sure keeps voters distracted doesn't it

thank you oldfag

>advocates for a government to have dominion over all resources on Earth (which agrees with you politically)
>accuses other people of being selfish

>if you're a wasp cuckservative sure

>Hollywood celebrities
They have skills other people like and took risks. Anyone can be an actor if they are willing to put themselves out there and take risks in life. Look at Danny DeVito, he's a goddamn goblin.

>heirs to million and billion dollar fortunes and empires
Yes, how dare someone work their entire lives so their kids can have a high standard of living.

>morally bankrupt executives and corporate lapdogs
Executives work to make investors money and investors are the sole reason 99% of companies even exist. Good luck starting your own company without any outside capital.

Wrong.

An individual's impulse to control the works of his own making is far more benign, and far easier to justify, than the impulse of an individual to collect power.

It's also far, FAR less selfish.

>i-it's wrong because I say so!

Kill yourself stupid useless Marxist fuck.

>One of the papers presented at the recent annual meeting of the American Economic Association focused on the 400 richest individuals in the country ranked byForbesmagazine. The paper, "Family, Education, and Sources of Wealth Among the Richest Americans, 1982—2012," by Chicago Booth Professor SteveKaplan andJoshua Rauhof Stanford, found that fewer of those who made it on to the Forbes 400 list in recent years grew up wealthy than in previous decades.

>everyone I don't like is a Marxist
Take your alt-right faggotry somewhere else.

>Defending the system and people that own you
>implying Hollywood celebrities work at all

There's a high standard of living and then there's owning literal castles and private jets. Executives don't work to make investors money, they work to tell their subordinates to make something that will impress investors and venture capitalists. In a small business, a lot will fall on the shoulders of the executives. In a big business, they're just a plastic smile. Also, you can't possibly argue reasonably that Hollywood celebrities today actually have any talent. Everything they have to be thankful for was made by a writer that gets shit for a paycheck. Reading a script or reading a teleprompter, it's not that difficult. These people are just being paid to play dressup, and it happens to be a medium that people pay money to see because they don't read books anymore. It's just a bunch of untalented hacks getting their equally untalented friends into movies and just trying to break even so they can keep up their spoiled lifestyle.

So take refugees or beggars into your house; leave your car open with keys inside; leave your wi-fi without password. Hipocrite.

>cry about being called a marxist
>spout marxist ideology

>take your alt right faggotry elsewhere

No really. Bury yourself alive to save the world from your unamenable stupidity. You got proven wrong, now sit down and shut the fuck up. Put your geoflag back on, pussy bitch.

The heck are you on about OP, and what is selfish about wanting a better society which is more stable? Isn't trannies requesting special rights more selfish?

You're jealous of the people with superior status symbols. I get that, it's human, and I am prone to this as well. But arguing they shouldn't have it because it's depriving others is easily refuted. If we assume that one of these Executives stole ever penny of their money from the American population and they are worth approximately 3.5 billion dollars, simply divide that by the population count and you get a one-time robbery of less than 10 dollars per person. Now this is only factoring in the population of the United States. Pain at others fortune is irrational as is the notion that they are depriving the general public. The only proven way of eradicating poverty is a strong private sector where everyone is working, contributing, and producing. This is empirical fact, not abstruse wishful theory that socialism provides.

Selfishness is a fact of life retardo commie, even in your commie utopia people will be selfish which is why you'll always fail.

Parasite parasitingly parasiting.
