I think what needs to happen for Ireland, as well as Europe, is a hierarchical pan nationalist movement
Every country should create their own organization that helps instill nationalist sentiment in its people as well as train them for physical conflict
These organizations should then fall under a larger group that helps distribute funds and resources to each national organization based on their own needs
This larger group can work in conjuncture with an American group which can then ship resources as well as weapons over to Europe to be later distributed amongst the nationalist groups
