Benzos are gonna make things worse in the long run, no doubt about it. Ketamine can be good for depression. It definitely has a good afterglow for a few days. I never got any lasting benefits from it though. You should look into nootropics, maybe Memantine, I'm thinking about getting some myself.

i take xanax for anxiety but my doctor wants to move me onto valium. i take it almost daily and build up a tolerance really fast so i have to keep increasing the dose. dependence and withdrawal are meant to be really fucked up so i wouldnt recommend benzos unless you are really desperately anxious.

Pretty much any fucking drug can do some of that. Any with euphoric effects will make you feel better. Which means most stimulants and most depressants. Beta blockers deal with anxiety. Almost any antidepressant has both of those effects to some extent and antipsychotics usually dull you enough to at least cut down the anxiety.

It's way too fucking broad to ask a layman. Go see a shrink.

Lack of motivation - exercise and diet first of all. you'd be surprised how much it helps, especially if you're overweight. people don't want to hear this because it's more difficult that taking a pill every day. after that, ephedrine is better than modafanil in my opinion. you can buy it online with a quick google search.

anxiety - for physical symptoms, propranolol is excellent. i use it myself to great benefit. benzos are a bad thing to get started with and they are difficult to get legitimately and are controlled drugs. certain antidepressants work to some degree as well, but i dont know enough about them to advise you.

if you're fapping less than 10 times a year (and arent getting laid regularly) is a very bad sign, your test is insanely low

i've had depression and anxiety my whole life and i've found when i workout regularly with strict healthy diet I have much more confidence, higher test level, etc. normal test level is extremely important for young men

test increases naturally when lifting heavy objects regularly, running will not do it and going on test boosters, artificial test etc. will make it worse, the body will not produce naturally if it receives it artificially-- google it to read more


but thats what has helped me more than any drugs and i have done them all except crack, including many perscription drugs. whatever you do id stay away from opiates, they helped my anxiety/depression but its hell getting off

yeah I suspected my test is low and got it tested like 9 months ago. I was just out of the normal range. GP gave me referral for low potency which I used for an endocronologist, but endo dismissed it as maybe being psychological because I have plenty of leg hair. Was kinda bitter he didn't want to look more into it. I actually took up lifting for that month prior to seeing endo and quit immediately after.

I have little experience (only went through one bottle) but I used Phenibut against anxiety and it also helped with motivation. Whenever it worked it was fantastic, like I suddenly realized what life was like for a "normal" person but unfortunately it just didn't work very reliably, as in sometimes even if I increased the dose it just didn't do anything.

I would get such intense panic on marijuana and psychedelics that it forced me to confront the origin of those thoughts

Now, if you want something to make you socially viable, I would (hesitantly) reccomend Kratom. It's legal and can be purchased online, wont fuck you up too bad, and is not that unhealthy. I would say about 4 grams in the morning is a good starting dose, take it in a fruit smoothie to help get it down, mix with ginger to help with the nausea and stomach issues it can cause.

Kratom is a stimulant and a depressant, so it will calm you down, but give you energy. DONT DO HARD DRUGS.

Have you considered you may be deficient in zinc? Zinc not only plays a vital role in testosterone production but also in hair health which may explain the loss of hair on your legs. in my opinion and it seems most people here agree is your best course is to take charge of your life, get off the drugs as quickly but safely as possible and jump into a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy, workout heavily (3 days a week - 1h~ per session) the hardest part is starting but once you have a routine its easy and you'll enjoy your time in the gym

once you have this framework you can begin to conquer other issues like women etc. but is much easier when you have normal test lvls and confident in yourself. when you are depressed and anxious you do not have confidence which is key to doing anything else. you know what you have to do
