Tradition is the corner stone of fascism.
As such, American exceptionalism and constitutionalism traditionalism would be the driving force behind American Fascism. Indeed, a toltalitarian system wouldn't even be possible in fascist America as the constitution explicitly defies it. Indeed liberty would be one of the many values exalted by the American third way. Of course this liberty would be beholden to strong virtues espoused by the state sponsored programs.
What we would see is a strong sense of community and shared nationalism. Americans wouldn't be beholden to big brother by force, but by cultural forces.
In fascist America, every man is an individual striving to become a hero, the collective is a congregate of individuals.

I would expect it to be similar to the way Augustus took power, emphasizing the values of the "Republic" and freedom. I expect it would be very libertarian for a autocratic regime, just very against debauchery and hedonism. Hell it may even be accepting of other races than white, though the course that it would develop it is unlikely this will happen.
Though I doubt America will become autocratic via fascism. I expect it to become an autocracy by necessity, like Rome did. We just have too much value in democracy for it to happen because we want it to, because no majority anywhere of the American public wants autocracy.
