You're not even fucking trying to keep them weak and underfed so that resistance is easily squashable; you're literally giving them heavy-labor jobs and healthy food, ON TOP of constant, enforced exercise and combat sports. Getting rid of rebels is going to be VERY FUCKING DIFFICULT when they have the same skills as the guards, or at the very least have some depth at a fighting style.
